“OUTSTANDING”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 2, 2011

i have been coming to the this hotel for the past 6 years with my family, my 7 year old daughter absolutely loves it. All the staff know her and i know that she is safe where ever she is in the hotel... All the staff are friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them if you have a problem or an inquiry all you have to do is ask and it is dealt with and sorted out immediately. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER OSMAN PARCA is both professional and accommodating, and this attitude is cascaded down to all the staff at the Turquoise. If you have a problem or need anything Osman is very approachable helpful and friendly and is always available from morning until late into the night. The hotel offers a variety of food and as a vegetarian i have endless choices at meal time, which is not always the case in an english restaurant. The rooms are meticulously cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen. Ana Caba guest relations is a breath of fresh air, she is a wonderful lady and works very hard every day. If you have a query or a concern or need anything she listens and takes action straight away and sorts it out then and there. It feels like going home when ever we go to the Turquoise, all personnel are truly amazing. hard working, friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel to people who want a relaxing and safe place to go with the family. wingers and winers not welcome...the staff have enough to do without having to waste time with people whose only interest is what time the bar opens!!!. cant wait to return.. Thankyou turquoise

had great 10 days at this hotel there was always something to do my husband enjoyed the water polo and basketball ,the pool is lovely clean and plenty of room for all .the 2 dogs were no problem i never saw them using the grass as a toilet or going near anyones plate but then i am an animal lover. any all inclusive hotel can end up samey food so we went out for cooked breakfast couple times also the a la carte terrace is fantastic value and fantastic food 4 courses £6 we had steak one night it was lovely .we went to the lagoon by bus with a cafe bar the hotel phone them they pick you up and bring you back free of charge.
Anna the customer relations woman was always approachable and helpful.
she is trying to sort out the only negative i could find wich was people putting there towels on the sunbeds then going of for ages not fair i dont see why i should get up early on my holiday just to get a sunbed there is a sign up by the pool stating no towels on sunbeds before 7.30 but my husband looked out of window one morning 6 am and there was towels on beds .
evening entertainment excellant and varied turkish night they have bbq then belly dancer there was a fire show and acrobats every night something different we would definately come back to this hotel ignore the negative reviews some people love moaning !

The hotel is beautiful and the people are extremely friendly. It is ideal for families, friends or couples if you are looking for either a laid back holiday or one for lots of activities. The food is great and varies everyday so you will not get bored of the same thing. Many people staying in other hotels in Olu Deniz have said that they would really like to stay at Turquoise. You will not be disappointed, that is for sure!

Just arrived back from 2 weeks at the Turquoise. Second time in Olu Deniz but first time at the Turquoise. If you are looking for a relaxing break in Olu Deniz and good value for money then look no further. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean by the very hard working maids, clean towels every day. The gardens and pool area were also immaculate. Emre and his team (animation) work extremely hard making sure everyone was entertained from morning till nightime. The two alsations Tony and Johnny were very well natured and were never a problem. The A La Carte is well worth the £6 for a four course meal. Anna the customer relations lady worked tirelessly to ensure everybody was happy (even Disco) despite the usual moaners. Mostly tukish food (but you are in Turkey) there was always something to eat and drink. Had a great holiday with our friends and will definitely be back.

Nicely located with beautiful mountain backdrop and a short walk down to the amazing blue lagoon crescent shaped beach and sea edged by a wide picturesque promanade.Between the hotel and beach are a multitude of similar hotels and the usual souvenir shops, bars/restaurents.The hotel consists of 6 x 3 storey "blocs" surrounding the large restaurent ,green sunbathing area and pool . Our ground floor room in bloc 4 overlooked the pool, was a large family room with nice bathroom and walk in shower.Perhaps a little dated. Rooms are cleaned daily and overall the hotel and grounds were well maintained. Food was fine ,good selection, don't expect english breakfast. Freshly cooked omlettes or pancakes if you are prepared to queue. Great salad selection.Emphasis on vegetable dishes Different takes on meatball or chicken dishes. You will not starve.Lunch and dinner became similar and like many AI repedative.
Entertainment every evening usually from 10 to 10.45.Animation team work hard around the pool to get everyone involved.Anna the customer relations manager was visable each day to deal with any issues though some guests appeared to be professional complainers. She had a never ending list in her diary which went everywhere with her and in fairness she was sympathetic to all.Good profile.
The staff were very friendly and worked very hard and long hours.
We became aware of a number of cases of double or overbooking wth stories of people having to be accommodated in a sister hotel until a room became available and compensated by free safe deposit box, meal at the a` la carte diner etc., Again this is something the admin staff should address to avoid it spoiling a nice hotel and for us an enjoyable week and we would return.
One small issue concerned the pool .There are goal nets and pool basketball nets which are used as part of the daily pool games. If you are sunbathing at these ends you can be constantly bombarded by basketballs which accidently miss the net . Sometimes by teenagers using full force and on one occasion my wife was hit in the face.Perhaps removing the nets or restricting the use of types of ball may be considered.Otherwise be aware of where you sunbathe. I noted that pool rules notices were erected towards the end of our week.

as it was our first time in turkey we didnt know what to expect!but on arrival at the hotel we were very pleased. it was spotless and our room was lovely and spaceous and clean. the grounds are very well looked after and staff are happy to help in any way.the "strip" is quite expensive for food and drinks so beware not to be ushered into bars and restraunts by the pushy staff! the turquoise has just gone all inclusive in may this year so it is a bit of trial and error with the food and entertaiment! even though food was plentyful it was a bit repetative and entertainment needs a bit of an update. all in all we would return to turkey as it it exceeded our expectations.

Got back early hrs of this morning having spent 2 FANTASTIC weeks at the Turquoise> Lets say if you go to a Turkish resort then dont expect English Food try the local food which they provide plenty of with a fantastic choice for breakfast dinner and evening meal without the snacks ice-cream and ala cart which are all superb, if you cant find anything to eat then you must realy be fussy!!!!! Thanks to all the staff for the hard work thay put in keeping the place spotlessley clean and tidy they all work such long hours. The entertainment was good and Emrey his brother and his girlfriend made sure everybody was involved at somepoint if they wanted to be. ANNA the customer relations person what can u say!! (Did say to her i would say something bad) But she really cant be slated everything you asked for anything you wanted she would do everything to make sure it happend.. We just enjoyed the whole experience of the holiday unlike some (Disco Dave) who at every chance would slate the place to others..If he didnt like anything Turkish or the place maybe he should have gone to Bognor coz he got it all wrong. We as a couple will be back hopefully with our friends also so be warned Anna your peace will be shattered. IF anybody wants a relaxing peaceful and fantastic holiday the Turquoise Hotel is a FANTASTIC place to go.....................Thanks again to all...
