My best friend and i arrived on 04/10 at about 3pm.....The staff on reception were very helpful ,smiley and welcoming. He gave us our room key and wristbands....explained about the rental of safe deposit box and towels....we rented a safe deposit, which is in the wardrobe of our room,at 2.5 euros per day.We didnt pay the ten pounds (for complete stay)for towels...but in hindsight wish we had,as our towels could of walked home on their own at the end of our stay!!! You get clean fresh, big towels every day, just have to exchange them at reception. You get the ten pounds returned when you checkout.
We were in room 411...in the block overlooking the adult pool, relatively quiet compared to the blocks near the main pool. The receptionist had said,if we were unhappy with our room....just to say and theyd find another. It was absolutely fine....very clean.A fridge with a large bottle of water(you can get bottled water freely from the bar.Two single beds,a small tv(not turned on during our stay)small balcony with two chairs and a table. We were overlooking gardens,no one directly overlooked our room :O) The bathroom was more than adequate....a well lit mirror over the basin, bath and good powerful fixed shower over it,also a fixed hairdryer.
We indulged in a turkish bath package on our first evening....booked with Tweetypie...paid £35 each....to say it was worth it was an understatement....set us up for our holiday....and tan!!!
The adult pool....is just that ...quiet,clean,with a hot drinks machine and water machine.Quite a few sunbeds...we only used it once, but found beds easily.
Main pool is huge, kept immaculately....it always appeared busy during the day.We went to the hotels private beach in the blue lagoon, each day,on the free little bus provided by the hotel,...which was purely heaven. With a great bar and restaurant. Not part of the all inclusive.Drinks and food were excellent,as were the staff there.
The bar area is large, with tables and chairs nearby...there is a large screen showing music videos in the evening.Maybe there should be more staff serving drinks,as at busy times you had to wait....but it wasnt major....we were on a relaxed chilled holiday after all....no rush....no fuss :O)
Personally i can not fault the restaurant....food or staff. At breakfast there was everything you could possibly wish for....the bread is to die for !! fresh and gorgeous.Evening meals were the same....so much choice...a salad bar to get lost in....always a selection of traditional dishes....and a selection of more basic...chicken ...fish etc.Again...only my personal opinion, but you could literally eat something different at each breakfast and each dinner. The food was always cooked freshly and always hot.Desert bar was lush too.The dining room staff were without exception friendly and helpful and always ready to have a laugh and joke with you.
Our lady that sorted our room out each day,was sooo lovely, they seem to work tirelessly all day....always with a smile and a cheery hello.
There was entertainment of some sort, each evening.... we didnt go to see any as chose to do our own thing....but it always seemed well attended.
We met two fantastic couples...Chris&Ian and Rose&Kelvin....who made our first holiday in Olu Deniz so very much more special :O)
I have been lucky enough to stay in some wonderful hotels around the world....each has plusses and minuses....I always make the most of wherever i stay...work hard for my salary..which any excess goes on holidays.....so refuse to spend a minute moaning and being negative....it would be lovely if others could adopt a little of the same attitude.
This is very much a family orientated hotel....i wouldnt hesitate to recommending this hotel to anyone....yes....ok,if pushed,it may be a wee bit tired....BUT...for what we paid for ten days all inclusive, its bloomin good value for money.Maybe some people just like to winge and moan....i feel some of the negative reviews are unfair. There are better, more upmarket hotels in Olu Deniz....we had a nosey at quite a few....they cost considerably more than this all rounded good standard hotel....well done Noa Club Sun City....
We will be returning next year :O) without a doubt x
rooms overlooking the adult pool are quieter :O)
