“You can't just Visit Once!”

We visited this hotel in June 2012 and we loved it so much that we went back again in June 2013. The Hotel is in a great location - you're only a shirt walk from the center of Hisaronu but near enough away to avoid the noise of the nightlife.
There's also a hotel provided shuttle bus that takes you down to Olu Deniz beach and brings you back for free.
The hotel is lovely and clean, the all inclusive meals are well presented, tasty and vary from day to day. The staff are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful.
I would 100% recommend this hotel and holiday to anybody, there is something for everyone!

Very pleased with this choice of hotel. We had an amazing stay in May 2013. The place was spotless, staff were all welcoming and friendly and the buffet style food had something for everyone, with themed nights each day. Pools were safe and clean, activities were run by a couple of local nutters but the kids loved them. A 10 minute walk from the main town where it all happens at night (and where it's noisy) but you don't hear it from here. We've stayed elsewhere in Olu Deniz since and it was a disappointment compared to the Green Forest. Can't wait to stay here again.

Would recommend this holiday to absolutely everyone. Honestly, there is not ONE bad thing I could say about this place. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted by the bell boys who carried our bags to the reception while we checked in, they then carried our bags to our room which was a lovely gesture. We got to the room and was amazed by the view we had. We had a mountain view room and honestly the views were exceptional. The rooms were everything we thought they would be. Clean, bedding and towels changed daily by the loveliest maid - who we tipped at the end of the holiday to say thank you. Yes, the rooms are basic and the balconies are small, but I don't know ANYONE who would want to stay in their rooms when the hotel grounds are so beautiful. The staff were so welcoming and friendly, honestly never known staff abroad to be so helpful and kind. They couldn't do enough for you, which was an amazing thing to have - as you also felt comfortable when asking questions etc. The food was brilliant - always a selection of different things. Breakfast was the best meal in my opinion - always so much choice and was happy with what was available. The snack bar around the pool was lovely, and the staff that worked on there were lovely and friendly as well. The pancake lady, well she deserves a medal - her pancakes are beautiful and anyone that comes here should not leave without having one! The pool areas are lovely and clean and swept down daily. The entertainment team were one of the best I have ever experienced. Always willing to make idiots of themselves for a laugh (which was very successful as we were always in fits of laughter over what they were doing). So many activities in the day and the evening entertainment was also good - Ozzy and Apu tried their up most best to entertain everyone that holidayed at the Green Forest Hotel.
Drinks are not watered down - although I will advise everyone to drink the local alcohol as if you drink the English imports, it will cost you a fortune (22 Lira for Jack Daniels and Coke) over the period you are on holiday. The hotel is literally a 5 minute walk away from the heart of Hisaranou - with lots of shops and bars (which are very cheap). Overall, there is nothing that I could fault with regards to this hotel and the surrounding areas. It will be a holiday i remember forever and I want to thank all the members of staff for making our time here so enjoyable. Holidays are what you make it at the end of the day. Cannot wait to return!!

Room Tip: Mountain View room - the view is absolutely amazing!

This is such a pretty hotel with spectacular views of the forest. So nice to be lying by the pool looking at the trees all around.
The main pool was never overcrowded, and as the hotel is quite small, everything you needed was within a few steps...the bar, the restaurant, the snack bar, the gym(!) etc.
The quieter pool has lovely day beds surrounding it which are ideal to escape the sun.
We did the Landover safari trip which was a brilliant day out. Lots of water fights, but also some great sights. We opted in to the white water rafting which was more like a rubber ring ride on a choppy river but it was great fun. Our photos from that day are amazing.
Hisaronu is only a short walk from the hotel, with lots of shops and bars. The Olive Tree restaurant is lovely if you want a change from the hotel food.
This was a lovely relaxing holiday and the weather was gorgeous.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, l stayed for a week all inclusive August 2014. Rooms were clean, and well furnished. Food was left in our fridge for when we arrived in the early hours of the morning, and we got two free bottles of water everyday.
Sunbeds were available everyday, no matter what time you went down to the pool. The food in the restaurant was excellent, they had different themed nights. I am a vegetarian and a fussy eater but i always found plenty to eat. I ate their for breakfast, lunch and tea nearly everyday. My friends enjoyed the pancakes from the snack bar during the afternoon, and the soup station on the night time if you become peckish late at night.
The staff are friendly, the manager of the restaurant works really hard and long hours, he gets to know everyone and always tries to make everyone feel welcome. The staff in the spa were all friendly as well. The entertainment team worked long hours, but we didn't enjoy the adults evening entertainment on the few nights we stayed in, however it is only a 5 min walk to all the bars and restaurants of Hisaronu, where there is plenty of places to go. We spent most of our nights out in Hisaronu. I would definitely recommend this hotel, as we had an amazing holiday!

Hotel was average, rooms were basic and beds were uncomfortable. Rooms also full of mosquitos and nets were completely ineffective. Wifi is literally useless, and the food is bog standard rubbish. Not impressed. Only good thing was the heat.
