“Best room along the Lycian way”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2014

Walked in ucagiz exhausted and this is the spot to rest.
Great views of the waterfront perfect for zoning out.
Best rooms with double beds and huge bathrooms.
Multiple light switches around the room.
Good size meals (fish was good).
Ended up staying for longer than planned and I think you might too!

We booked to stay in Kekova Pansiyon for 1 night due to the good reviews. Unfortunately when we arrived we were told that they had a large party staying and we would therefore be staying in the Kekova Fish House Restaurant & Pansiyon. If we had known prior to our stay that the Kekova Pansiyon had been overbooked we would have looked ourselves for alternative accommodation and Kekova Fish House & Pansiyon would not have been our choice. The room at the Kekova Fish House & Pansiyon was basic and it was quite noisy during the afternoon/early evening but the owner very nice and happy so that made up for it and we were only staying for 1 night.

We did go on a boat trip with Kekova Pansiyon, which I would definitely recommend, and we also had a meal there which was lovely. Unfortunately though because of not being informed of there not being a room available for us prior to going we would not book there again.

Traveled to most of the cities in southern Turkey, stayed in all kinds of hotels/resorts etc.. this quite place is definitely on my list for my next trip.

If you're staying here I recommend you eat dinner right outside your room(the patio). They have good fish.. besides you don't get better view elsewhere anyways..

second stay in Ucagiz...this pension has big rooms and is very clean...the only thing wrong is the damp areas that need sorting...but must COMMON PROBLEM HERE AS THE PENSION WE STAYED IN LAST YEAR ,NEXT DOOR,HAD THE SAME.Lovely family run place and most helpful.Next to the kayaking and has car parking.ac was good.Do make a deal.
Sad to leave again...but will stay there for a night or two again.
Not the last pension on the waterfront...second to last...

A very nice, small family-run pension. Beautiful setting directly by the sea, and the upstairs rooms have a superb veranda with a beautiful view. We had a very large room, very clean. Breakfast was good for the standard and the price. All in all a recommendable stay and Ücagiz is very much worth a visit and yet not too crowded (we were there in summer).

This pension is a family run affair . The home cooked food is delicious - we ate the fish that was caught during the afternoon outside on the deck. Breakfast the next day was also served there. The room was spacious & clean. Its beautifully located at the end of Ucagiz village on the waterfront. Very good value for money

As soon as we arrived in ucagiz we were in love, the waterfront is beautiful and people are v friendly.

As we arrived an older aussie couple were leaving waxing lyrical about their stay and seemed emotional to be leaving! They recommended the boat trip with the guest house owner which we took.

It was much more intimate and relaxed to be in a smaller boat with the guest house owner and my partner than the big expensive charter boats. We saw the sunken city at our pace and had a chance to have a good swim.

Our room was large with a nice clean bathroom and balcony which we were served breakfast, lunch and dinner upon!

The family who run it are accomodating and jolly. The father speaks english to a fair standard and the mother makes fantastic food with a little notice. The roast veg with garlic ypghurt was a particular fav.

The only minor point was that the ac didnt run properly in our room and needs servicing.
