“Best all-inclusive in Europe”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

I've never written a review before but simply had to put pen to paper for this wonderful hotel. All staff (especially Taner Cheff in the Steakhouse) were exceptional, friendly and gave wonderful service. The 6 a la carte restaurants are a must and we visited the Steakhouse twice (you pay Euro 20 pp but worth it for the T-bone alone). Lots of sunbeds in the famly and adult pools and piers. The shows were great too. It is worth upgrading to a room in Block A as this is where everything is. The standard room is about a 10 min walk to attractions, restaurants, beach, etc. I expect a lot from an hotel and this lived up to my expectations. Will definitely be booking again for next year!!

Room Tip: Rooms in Block A or Lagoon Villa are the best (supplement charge applies)

second trip to the Voyage this year, this time with wife and son. Visited in May to play golf and couldn't fault the hotel, staff, services and decided to make it the venue for our family holiday in October so thought I knew what to expect but found a totally different holiday awaited which has imply cemented my view that this hotel is the perfect venue to take your family because quite simply you will have a fantastic holiday.

We arrived late evening and were booked into a bungalow near to the kids club. Although the room was outstanding due to personal choice we would have preferred a location not as close to the club so I attended the reception where without question I was immediately provided with a change of room to a more secluded venue - no hassle and all done without any fuss or attitude from the staff, infant the duty manager was more than understanding and arranged for all our bags to be immediately transferred to the new room and all done with a smile - something that was to be the standard for the whole holiday.

We explored the hotel fully, entering into the many activities and events organised by the fantastic Animation Team who made everyone feel included which added to the family atmosphere of the hotel.

Some of the entertainment laid on by the hotel would not have been out of place as a stand alone event that you would attend never mind as part of your hotel holiday entertainment. The hotel staff seemed to have thought of everything that could improve the holiday experience and the staffing standards were epitomised when one day as one of the pool bar waiters was brining over some drinks he was stopped by a manager who checked wasn't happy with the presentation of the drinks and had him return them to the bar and thereafter had the waiter check his shirt sleeves and adjusted then to make sure both sleeves were even and then allowed the fresh drinks to be delivered to us all in quick time - attention to detail which again was the theme of the hotel from start to finish.

The food - quality, quantity and availability on both of my trips to the hotel this year are beyond reproach. Quite simply, no matter where you choose to eat you are presented with top quality fare and I'm sure that even the fussiest eaters would be pressed to find fault. The availability at the various a la cart again provided that eating out of the hotel feeling with the standards hitting the mark. Special mention for the Steakhouse, Fish, and Tappanykai restaurants which were exceptional and although the former and latter include a small additional charge (€20 and €15) they are well worth the cost. Booking of the restaurants has been improved since May again picking up on guest comments which shows that he management are note ones for resting on their success.

The Oktober Fest event held during our stay was magnificent and the efforts of the hotel staff were simply astonishing with ice sculpture, fantastic food, games for all and the firework finale making a perfect day enjoyed by all.

I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all and we will be returning which was a common theme with the people we met during our stay.

Finally I can't finish this revue without a special mention for Kemal, the master of holiday entertainment who everyone loved. This young man is a perfect ambassador of the Voyage, always pleasant, entertaining during the events he hosted.

During our time he made a fuss of one of the guests who I'm sure in some hotels would have potentially been left out of the activity due to some mobility problems he had however, Kemal made sure that the guest was included with all events adapted to specifically meet the young mans needs. It was so heartening to see this develop and there wasn't a dry eye in the house when the young man left at the end of his holiday, with all guests who knew him extremely touched by the conduct of Kemal and the genuine friendship that had developed. The young mans family were so thankful to Kemal and made a point of singling him out for praise prior to their departure as I have no doubt their holiday experience was enhanced by the care and consideration of all staff, particularly Kemal - Voyage, my tip is don't let this young man leave your employ, he is a start.

Thanks for. Fantastic holiday, regards to all staff and I wish you continued success as you continue to make people's holidays perfect.

Excellent hotel. The all inclusive is what it says on the tin, proper branded drinks, no queuing as you are served at your own table,
7 a la carte restaurants. On the beach , entertainment was so so but not bad.
Would def go back

Room Tip: we stayed in the bungalows with plenty room

My partner had previously visited the voyage golf and spa hotel in may and enjoyed his holiday with his golf friends very much. He,myself and our three teenagers returned a couple of weeks ago for a weeks holiday and we can honestly say it was the best holiday ever. The staff were very attentive from the moment we walked in the door,we really felt at home there and were very impressed at how welcome they made us feel. The food was amazing in all the restaurants especially the personal chef at the japanese. The whole holiday experience was perfect from day one, the pool, the beach, the entertainment ,the room we stayed in,the staff so kind and friendly we really couldn't fault the voyage in any respect. We said this would be our last family holiday as the children are getting older but we all enjoyed it so much I'm sure we will be returning.

This has been our best trip to Voyage Belek yet. This was our 6th time here and the place just gets better each time.We travelled as a party of 10,on arrival at reception we were upgraded to Laguna Villa which was just stunning.
As always when we dine here the food is delicious, from the buffet restaurants to the a la carte you can't fault it.Special mention goes to the Steakhouse which was easily the best steak i have eaten (t bone),the starters were also great including the tasty sweetcorn soup. You pay an extra 20 euro per head ,but is well worth the outlay.Ive also got to mention Toner in the Steakhouse who couldn't have made the night any more special.
Entertainment Team was also great with Kemal being the star,he made the darts so much fun for adults and kids alike.
Would also like to thank Osgur the duty manager who is always there to chat with when we see him.Cant wait to get in April to enjoy another great time in Belek, can't wait.

We travelled to the all inclusive resort of Voyage Belek through Thomas Cook at the end of September for 7 nights. This was our first time travelling to Turkey. We can definitely recommend it for a luxurious, relaxing, family friendly holiday.

The hotel is very clean, the food options are immense, the staff are on the whole very friendly, and it is nice that there are lots of things for the kids to do. It is the only hotel we have been to where children are catered for so well. Their every need was provided for - our children are 3 years old and 10 months old. The 3 year old loved the kids club, the fun fair, the mini discos, the kids pool and water slides and the kids restaurant area. It was very easy with our 10 month old as the kids restaurant had an area for baby food (Hipp jars), baby sterilisers, hand blenders and plenty of high chairs. We loved the fact that there were family areas and adult only areas. The beach was very clean and well maintained, and we had no problems getting sunbeds by the pools or the beach. All inclusive truly was all inclusive, with an abundance of drinks and snacks, the highlights being the random BBQ, the ice cream stations dotted around, the bars around the pools, and the sprawling main buffet restaurant. We only tried 1 a-la-carte (the Chinese restaurant) - this was OK, but nothing better than the buffet provided, which is excellent anyway.

The evening entertainment shows were very good.

Our room was fab - we stayed in the main building. Others have mentioned noise, but we were on the 2nd floor and did not have any problems. There was wifi EVERYWHERE in this resort! I have no idea how they managed this, as I tend to have issues with my home wifi if I go upstairs! The wifi was fast and reliable and free.

When we booked the hotel, it was number 2 in Belek and has since gone down to number 17 - we have no idea, and it seems very unusual that a hotel would slip this far down in a matter of a week.

No hotel is perfect, and there were a few negatives, but not enough to spoil our enjoyment. Firstly, we did unfortunately get diarrhoea and vomiting for 24 hours whilst at the hotel. Not sure why this happened, but it did resolve fairly quickly. Also, there were some shops on the hotel site, with 1 selling various essentials and toys e.g. Shampoo/suncream/toothpaste etc. The prices in this shop were extortionate e.g. a bottle of suncream for 20 Euros. Make sure you come prepared!!

We would definitely put this hotel at 5 star and would definitely come back.

Eight of us had this as our base for a weeks golf from the 28th September and we could not fault this excellent hotel. All the staff were so attentive, there were many restaurants to choose from and the choice of food was very good and varied. The facilities throughout the large complex were also very good, everything was kept spotlessly clean. We are already planning a return to this hotel for next years golf holiday and we would thoroughly recommend the hotel.
