“Our stay in Voyage belek”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2013

Staff are very courteous and very obliging. If they can help in any way, they will. Antonio Banderas, he is named Taner and is in the adult restaurant, he is very funny, but a lot of the waiters have a very good sense of humour. Can't say enough nice things about Taner, he goes out of his way to please. The boss lady is Handan and runs the Patissiery Bar very well.
They seem to have every amenity on site one could wish for. Try it.

Room Tip: If you don't want to walk outside to the bungalow rooms, stick to a room in the main building.

I travelled with Family last September and immediately after coming home, booked up for this year. Of all the times I have travelled to belek, this is the one resort that I cannot fault and simply would not try anywhere else.

From the service to the food, staff and accommodation facilities this met all of my expectations and the thing I like the most is that they have an adults area, in particularly during peak season this was great as we had more peace and quiet but it was still a nice atmosphere with lots of families coming over to enjoy this place.

Not going to go into too much detail as the other reviews speak for itself. I cannot wait to go back for our third time in a row!

Thank you for doing such a great job in maintaining the level of service and making our holiday an enjoyable one.

Room Tip: Annex A by the reception is a great area if you want peace and quiet as at they often do club nights...

Stayed for a week of golf and had a really great week. Food and drinks with more choices than you can ask for and a la carte restaurants where you really feel good about paying a small extra fee. Asian restaurant absolutely fantastic with chef cooking at the table and delicious food. Another plus was that there were separate restaurants for ages over 16.... A bit too big of a complex really and a bit noisy with all music from retaurants, performances and discos but not really a big deal. 24 h restaurant is very convenient when you arrive really late as we did but quality of foof there was not the best. Montgomerie course that is connected to the hotel with a shuttle is not best course in Belek but a really good one (as all of them are actually). Overall as close to paradise you can get....

My wife and I, along with another couple flew from Moscow, Russia to Belek, Turkey to celebrate the new year in a warmer climate. We flew from Moscow to Antalya, Turkey vie Aeroflot (Aeroflop). As is to be expected on Aeroflot, it was cramped and the food left something to be desired. We had a bus waiting for us and the ride was about 30 minutes. The hotel/spa itself are very nice, right on the Med and the temperature was about 65 degrees. While the hotel/spa was very nice, there was little to do there in the winter. Most of the restaurants were closed for the season and the food, while good, was the same every day. They have three "ala cart" restaurants, but the steak house was never open the week we were there. Their Chinese restaurant was not worth going to, much less pay to get in. The food was bland and poorly prepared. Their Italian restaurant was fair, not again, not worth paying extra to get into. The Town of Belek was very nice and the people there are friendly. They do not see many Americans there, as most of their guests are Russian and German, with a smattering of English.

Room Tip: It costs a little more to stay facing the ocean, but it is worth it.

we went to voyage as it is ranked number 1 on trip advisor and i had had other friends who had stayed at other hotels in belek but opted for this, on arrival we were checked in quickly and given our room keys and a booklet and then whisked away to our room, which had been changed as they were renovating the rooms we had booked, our room was a garden room just outside the main building, perfect for avoiding all the noise from the main building, the room was spacious and relatively clean, fridge was always well stocked, don't look under the bed the dust is quite deep!!! the tv could have done with being much bigger as it got lost in the size of the room, if this had been a summer break i doubt i would have had the tv on but this time of year is different. as it was still light we went to gather our surroundings and we walked round the whole complex in around 30 mins, it has an adult only restaurant which we went in once as the food seemed better and fresher in the main restaurant, there was plenty of variety of food but was very repetitve but always something to eat, there were a number of other resaurants but most are closed this time of year, there was the italian but had heard mixed reviews from people so decided not to try it, the japenese resaurant you have to pay extra for but at 22.30 it changes to the all inclusive night resaurant where you can eat all night or get snacks i never tried it but i saw plenty of people who did go there, there is a pool bar and restaurant and these are ok limited menu thou, the ice cream kiosk is also there and the magnum ice creams were lovely, there is also a beach bar but we never used that, we didnt sit on the beach as it really not the best, inside the hotel is a planet bar which we really enjoyed and the barman who works the 4pm - 12pm shift was brilliant and always happy and helpful and ran this bar most of the time single handed but you never had to wait for drinks we had a brill time with him new years eve thankyou !!!! there is also the jazz bar which opens in the evening and this sometimes has entertainment (singers) it was a nice place and we went here a few times this bar is also good, the main entertainment was not very good and was held on the lower floor but this area was all open plan and was ok for a nice cup of coffee or choc but not really for the evening bit of an odd area for entertainment really. the sun shone for a few days whilst we were there so we sat around the main pool as adult only pool was shut as was relax pool all these areas look tired and could do with some attention as its all made from wood bit odd really, pool was freezing so didnt use that as was the indoor pool definately not up the temperature i would need to use it.
we met some really nice people here in our weeks stay and we had some laughs along the way which made our holiday very enjoyable so thankyou everyone who was here form xmas day to new years day!!!
the majority of guests are either german, russian and the turkish even stay over new year as they hold a gala dinner this is all done very well but is a set menu that is not to everyones taste and the evening is a success if you get on a table with a good bunch of people, we didnt so we went and entertained ourselves in the planet bar we had a great evening then met up with the rest of peeps later but it was a good new yrs eve.
the staff at this hotel work extremely hard and were always polite maybe they give the germans and russians a litlle more attention but thats fine with me i am capable of getting my own drinks if i need one but they do offer help if you need it. my only complaint with the staff was the people that cleaned the rooms used to start quite early but they would chat and make lots of noise outside our rooms every morning which was very annoying !!!! all in all we had a nice holiday would i return to this hotel i,m not sure as would probably try another in belek.
Oh and if you do want to drink the branded drinks make sure that is what you ask for !!!!!

Room Tip: rooms in the main building on level 1 half way along on the outer sides have the a/c units apperantl...

5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

Well, where shall I start, We have visited Voyage Belek in December 2012 for 7 days, over Christmas season, our daughter Joy 4 years old, had such an amazing time that she didn't want to come back home, lol and we felt the same way

1, Kids Club, the only place we have ever been that is opened from 10am - 10pm every day, including Kids Disco at 21.45pm every evening. If you have children than this is simply paradise as you can drop them off and pick them up as often as you like and staff working in this Club is simply amazing, thank you so much girls, Joy is sending her love and can not wait to be back in May.

2, Staff in this hotel, is so lovely and caring and they do not know what the word NO means, great with kids and adults at the same time.

3, Food, you can not fault it, there is so much choice for everyone, all tasty, fresh and amazingly presented.

4, Hotel Rooms, we stayed in room 3413, always spotless, mini bar refiled on the daily bases with cans of soft drinks, beer, chocolate and normal milk, nuts and chocolate biscuits

5, Kids Restaurant is heaven for kids of different ages, the food which you find in this restaurant varies from pots of baby foods, baby porridge's, baby yogurts to chips, chicken nuggets.....just name it you find it there, if you have children you simply do not have to worry about anything at all.

6. Entertainment, great, these guys work really hard and always try to please everyone.

7, Drinks all branded, lobby bar opened 24 hours, food served from 6.30 am - 6.30 am so you can eat and drink anytime and any day

We're going back in May and we also will be spending Christmas 2013 and New Year in Voyage Belek

Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable

James, Helena & Joy Tabram xxx
