We stayed in a nearby hotel in Belek last year and had a brilliant holiday there. This year we changed because this hotel was cheaper - but what a surprise when we got there. It really is a 5 star hotel, with a very impressive foyer, colonial style lounge bar and several sets of lifts to the various floors, multiple restaurants, indoor pool, 3 outdoor pools, conference centre, shopping mall, pool bars, etc. Our standard room was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked 24 hours a day for the seven days we stayed there, keeping the room at about 20 degrees C when it was in the high 30's outside. The hotel has large gardens which lead directly onto the beach (90 hectares or more!). The pool area was large but could be a bit noisy (from the music) at times. There were always loads of available shaded loungers on the beach. The staff are wonderful, always polite and helpful. The food is excellent and more than plentiful. It is an all inclusive hotel and we had cocktails before dinner, wine with our food , coffee after. On three nights we had a la carte meals in the Turkish , Japanese and Italian restaurants respectively. There were three other a la carte restaurants , Mexican, Fish and Chinese. These were all included in the all inclusive price (we paid £650 per person for 7 nights including flights and transfers). Most of the other guests were a mixture of Dutch, German and eastern European, with about 5% being British. I cannot speak more highly of the hotel and its staff and have already told loads of friends that if they are after a perfect week away in the sun in relaxing surroundings then the ICT Santai is the place to go!
