Beautiful beach, gorgeous pools, very clean, good wifi, ample relaxing places, 24/7 bars, huge food variety. I wouldn't hesitate if I have to visit again.
Staff is ver friendly. La carte restaurants are good. The desserts are amazingly tasty and unique. There are lots of activities for every age, from kids, youngsters to older generation. The pools are very clean and beautiful.

Where to start. This hotel is so good but I think it is important to highlight the faults as they were major to us. We were a party of 8, two families consisting of my sister, her hubby and son 17 and daughter 11 and me (wheelchair user), hubby and daughters 15 and 14.

THE GOOD
This is a vey modern, clean, friendly hotel. It is better than we expected from previous reviews, the wheelchair access is great.
The entertainment provided is good most of the time, difficult to keep things going for so many nationalities but the team did a marvelous job trying.
There were so many different areas of the hotel to suit everyone, from the main pool to quiet areas with swing seats, waterfalls and beautiful gardens.
The food was good, a bit hectic in the main buffet but that's quite normal for AI, we found it better to get a seat outside, it was less noisy. I've read loads about particular nationalities being rude but from previous experience I don't think it is fair to say that, there were just as many rude brittish people.
THE BAD
Some of the things we were looking forward to were no longer on ie, foam parties, pool inflatables and The Lion King show that the hotel had shown on their Facebook page. It turns out that many of the animation staff had been leaving early so their wasn't enough of them to continue these things.
Being a wheelchair user I would say the facilities on offer were better than I expected but it would have been nice to have been informed of their availabilites when I first arrived instead of a couple of days before I left, ie special sunbeds and pool lift that were in a special area of the pool which was hidden away and the use of the beach wheelchair that was kept in a shed. Also I discovered I could have reserved a table in the buffet instead of struggling to fit myself on the end of a table, no one offered me this, I only saw a sign by chance. As someone else said there is only two lifts that went to the dining level and it took some time to get in them at busy times but I think that had more to do with manners than anything.
THE UGLY
Here goes, you may have seen other reports of arriving at 2.30am and not having a room ... yes, it happened to us too. After many emails back and forth over at least 16 months of planning to make sure we got it all right. Maria had been great but when we arrived she was not on duty and the reception we got was awful, firstly they told us we had got to the wrong hotel (even though our minibus was booked by the hotel) and we should be at their sister hotel the Arcadia. We showed our booking details but they kept insisting we should go to the other hotel, after a long battle we realised we definately would not get our rooms so went to the other hotel who also were not very welcoming, just a hassle for them, we got totally inappropriate rooms but just accepted we needed to sleep. We were told we could return at 8am but when we went to reception of arcadia they said we would not get rooms til 11am, still angry we asked for our transport to take us at 11am but when we arrived at the Atlantis we were rudely spoken to by reception staff and told our rooms still weren't ready. By this time Maria was there and she seemed so annoyed at how we had been treated, she took over and offered us some special treats such as free al a cart and some use of the sultan tents. Those things were nice but not things we would have chosen to use. Basically we lost a whole day by the time we got our rooms after 2pm and finally unpacked, not to mention me having to have extra rest due to my disability. The most annoying thing was all the lies we were given, I don't think we would have been so annoyed if they had been honest with us.

Anyway, once that was all sorted out we decided to put it behind us until we got home and make the most of it. We went on to have a fantastic holiday. Special thanks to Maria, Mehmet and Marina.

Had a fantastic family holiday also enjoyed with freinds and there family also. Fast check in and helpful bell boy even at 2am. We had a family appartment which was over to floors. It was clean and had plenty of space as well as 2 free minibars. cleaner did a good job maybe not always to the highest standards but ample enough. Air con worked great. Food was great loads of choice and all fresh very very good food for the numbers they are catering for ( especialy the chinese coner). Pools and slides always very clean and animation team excellent all very friendly and entertaining as well as all other staff as long as you smile and leave the odd tip they are great also. All in all a great holiday and 9/10. just some very small areas need some work which im sure will come with time. once again i cannot stress how much we enjoyed our time and facilities would return in a heart beat. Will try some of there other hotels in the near future.

We stayed at the Atlantis from the 13th-27th September as a party of 7 (4 adults, 2 children (9 & 3) and a baby (1) and travelled with Thomas Cook.

We arrived at the hotel around 1.30am after a 50 minute transfer from Antalya airport and had a very speedy check in. The bell boy took our bags to our room and didn't hang around for a tip. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was you have to have a peg thing for the safe to work, which we weren't given on check in despite being ultra all inclusive and it being included and had to go to reception for one the next day, though this didn't affect our holiday in anyway, we walked past reception several times a day.
We had 2 room, both on the 3rd floor of the first annexe building. Ours had a double bed, single bed and 2 cots for the little ones and still had more than enough room they were large and spacious. Mini bar was refilled daily with 2x bottled water, 2x Efes beer, 2x Sparkling water, 2x Juice cartons and 2x Bottles of pop (1x Coke and 1x Fanta), the mini bar guy Musa was lovely. Our room was always cleaned to a high standard with fresh towels every day. Our maid Hattice Yaman was absolutely lovely. We had a large balcony especially compared to others, and 2 really small ones you could stand on though we didn't use these. We also had complimentary Shampoo/Conditioner/Lotion and Shower Gel, though we didn't use these. The only thing I could fault with our room was the lack of storage space. We had a very small wardrobe between the 4 of us with 8 coat hangers, which just was not enough and we ended up leaving most in the suitcases and living out of them for 2 weeks. There was plenty of room for more storage space.
The complex itself is lovely, very modern looking and always clean and everything was easily accessible with a pushchair. The only problem I did have was with the lifts. There was only 2 that went to the dining restaurant, which everyone was waiting to use, and most of these were just people that didn't want to walk up the stairs (there wasn't many) and so people with pushchairs/wheelchairs seemed to be waiting ridiculous times as they would fill the lifts so a pushchair couldn't fit in and pushing infront of people.
The pools were always lovely and clean and the water warm. The slides were fantastic my little boy and brother were on them pretty much the entire time, and I have to say us adults loved them just as much! The main pool with all the animation team was great fun with the games and things they played. We never once struggled to find sunbeds, and we needed 5, and we are not early risers, we were never down at the pool before 10.30/11.00. We decided to sit on the grass because of the little ones especially a toddling 1 year old falling over near the pool, but on the one day we decided to sit around the main pool we got beds not problem.
The beach was lovely and clean however the sand is very hot and you needed shoes.
The food was lovely, well prepared and a great choice. I'm quite a fussy eater and so are my children and sister, and we always found something to eat. The snack bar was fantastic, pizza chips burgers kebab fried chicken spaghetti and pasta salad everything you'd expect and it all tasted amazing. There was plenty of choice at dinner too fish, beef, rotisserie chicken, pasta, chinese corner and much more.
The patisserie was one of my favourite things about the hotel they were amazing.
The drinks menu was the biggest I've seen in a hotel and they were definitely not watered down, infact they were extremely strong.
The staff majority were all friendly and very helpful though I did have one problem with a member of staff at the Lykia bar who was extremely rude. I didn't like using that bar most of the staff were ignorant and rude, and the drinks were in sharp plastic beakers that cut your lips.
I do have special mentions for Soner and Murat in the lobby bar they're great. The entertainment team work really hard and made our holiday all the more enjoyable, especially Lori, Mehmet, Artem, Carina Ugur and Marina. The shows were fab.
The girls at guest relations were amazing. Really friendly always smiling and nothing was too much trouble, especially Deniz and Jenya, who came to our bus when we left to say goodbye.
The mini club was also great for little ones my little boy loved the activities they did especially mini darts and the childrens pool and football.

All in all we loved the hotel so much we've booked to return next year and can't wait to be back!

Room Tip: Try to get an annexe room, they're quiet and seem to be much bigger than in the main hotel.

Hotel was really nice. Staff were helpful when they could be, but too many didn't speak English. The food was excellent, especially the Chinese Corner, though we played "find the butter" most nights as it was placed somewhere different every night. The only downside was the drink, Efes lager was acceptable, the cocktails were terrible apart from the mojito they were drinkable, the wine was horrible and should have been labelled "Sarsons", to be fair the staff thought the wine was crap too, the champagne was ok but quite sickly after 2. previous reviews recommended the Italian resturant but we actually preferred the main buffet. The entertainment staff were great & tried really hard. The hotel has lots of lovely pool areas to relax in but we spent most days at the water slides pool which was great fun for the kids & us adults too. We had 8 adults & 6 children in our party & we all had a great time, this was our 3rd time in Turkey (Belek), we previously stayed at the Letoonia and Papillion Belvil and would visit those 2 before going back to the Atlantis.

We were a party of 11 people arriving at this hotel at 2.30 in the morning to be told by disinterested and very rude staff, that the 4 rooms we required were not ready. REALLY at 2,30 in the morning, we thought they were joking........It went pair shaped from here. After bring told we could go to the restaurant for breakfast. Another joke, there was nothing there except, rice and bits and bobs left over from the buffet the night before. We eventually found some bread lying out, and since we had been travelling for 12 hours, we ate some of it, We asked two hotel staff if they could boil a kettle for a cup of tea, all we got was a shrug of their shoulders, and they carried on smoking. Eventually at 5.30am we were offered a room for 7 of us, considering we had two young children with us we reluctantly took it. So getting up 2 hours later, went back to reception to find out what was happening only to discover there still was no rooms. The staff were dreadfull, not interested at all. Back and forth we went back to reception all day on the Tuesday, and eventually got rooms for us all at 2.30pm. End result was were all tired, and toatally fed up, not a good start the the week. The spa was lovely, but again the manager, though I could think of a better word, was very rude, and on coming to an agreement over the price I was going to pay for a daily treatment, promptly changed it the next day, almost doubling the price. Well needless to say this was another disappointment as this was to be a large part of my holiday. and i didn,t bother going back as it was turning into another load of hassle.
Apart from that the hotel was good, very clean, loads for everybody to do. The entertainment at night was fantastic. Food was repeated every night, so got a bit boring. All in all once we got past the first couple days it was a great holiday. Oh and by the way, the checking in saga seems to happen a lot, as everyday we passed people at varies times of the day sleeping in the reception, complete with baggage surrounding them so it must happen a lot. So if you are thinking about going to this hotel just be prepared for not getting a room until the next day.

Room Tip: Not many rooms with sea views, keep away from main block of hotel for a quiet night, otherwise you,l...

Beautifully presented hotel. If you are going to the area of Belek, you will always be in the minority of nationalities. Very mixed, Dutch, German, Russian but wasn't a problem for us. The men in our group golf each morning & rate the courses highly.
We travelled with 3 other couples and their children, aged between 9 & 13. Plenty for them to do. They loved the shooting & archery & Jasmin and the other members of the entertainment team made their holiday, The watersports were great & plenty of choice for kids who are picky eaters in the numerous restaurants.
Also lovely not having to get up early to save sunbeds, plenty available.
Now I come to the only downside. We are not big drinkers, but if you like a glass of wine with your dinner, you are going to be disappointed. Dreadful!!!! Not even passable for wine & believe me we tried white, red & rose :(
Please management look into this. Yes you can buy a bottle for 10 euros but as nothing was a brand that we knew, we decided not to take the chance.
