Personally I have visited this hotel 3 times in total and have found each stay surprisingly different. The first time I visited the hotel was with my family in 2009, just the five of us found the hotel to be unmistakably beautiful with such a warm welcome from the staff as the service was excellent and a great holiday in all! We had 3 standard rooms within the main building with a pool and sea view which was beautiful! We also found the food lovely however it does become the same after a couple of days which is why we visited the Chinese A La Carte restaurant which was really nice with great food and great service! Once we arrived home we were so eager to visit the hotel again that we soon booked up however this time as a group of 8 women of all ages! As I visited before I knew the ropes of the hotel and was able to show the new visitors what a beautiful hotel it was. Once we arrived at reception we found that the holiday wasn’t going to a great start as a shortage of paperwork form the UK about the booking hadn’t yet reached the hotel. However the reception staff handled this well and offered us a Lake Villa (2 upgrades from what we originally booked) and a separate Golf Room for the other members of the party. The staff at reception also offered us a Late Checkout room at the end of our stay to make up for the confusion. The Villa was amazing, with a total of three large bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, kitchen area, three en suite bathrooms as well as two stunning balconies as well as our own private pool. We just couldn’t believe our luck but it helped that we mentioned the fact that some of the party had visited before. The Golf Room was just as beautiful, situated within the main building with a view of the Nick Faldo Golf Course the room was clean, spacious and fit for a queen. During our stayed we encountered many great experiences such as the themed evenings (White Party) and extra special service from the existing staff at the hotel from the previous year. We felt that we were truly looked after and the stay just couldn’t get any better! However I did find that there were a few changes from the previous year such as the Shisha pipe was now NOT included within the all inclusive and the Gala Evening Party also from the previous year was now no longer hosted. This was partly a disappointment as the themed evenings were great fun however we didn’t let it ruin our stay and took on board the changes for possible future visits. On this particular visit we visited the Forest Pub A La Carte restaurant which was also extremely nice. With a range of Latin and American dishes it provided a few home comforts great for fussy eaters or younger children. We found that the animation team were extremely clicky with the guests of the same nationality which was a majority of Russian and German! The only downfall was that some of the drinks were not included within the all inclusive Towards the end of our stay we discovered that our courtesy room was actually a family room for the eight of us which was great as we could get ready quicker with no worries about where our belongings as they were kept in the room. When we got back we found ourselves in the same situation of wanting to go back to the hotel therefore we booked once again for another visit in July. This time it was also a party of 8 with seven women and one man which instantly made a difference. We were very excited about the holiday as we new what to expect and even contacted the hotel beforehand to mention the fact that we had stayed twice before to see if we were able to receive the Lake Villa. They replied that they would not be able to tell as about the upgrade at that time however to mention the previous visits when we arrive and if no Lake Villa was available we were promised a VIP set up. When the holiday finally come round we were buzzing! Once we arrived at the hotel we were expecting a warm welcome however we didn’t receive this as we were given our room keys for the standard rooms and told to come back in the morning to enquire about an upgrade. We visited reception the next morning to be told to go back again that evening however at this time we felt that our visits and enquires to the reception was wasting our time and we just wanted settle in rather than move around and wait. On the first day we realised that the staff who had once treated us well had left and no longer worked there which was a shame as they really looked after us! We felt that no bar staff made an effort and if they did on certain occasions it was only because their boss had pointed out that we had not been served! We would have made exceptions to this as the previous year the hotel was full therefore we could understand queues but this year it was as full yet there was still delays. The hotel was still as beautiful and unique as the previous visits but we felt that that extra special touch was no longer there. The food as I have previously mentioned was still as great in fact I ate better this year than any other! We again visited the Forest Pub A La Carte restaurant which was just a delicious and a great treat. This year we found that the animation were amazing and defiantly were a big part of our holiday and not stuck up like the previous years! they defiantly made time for us English as we are a minority at the hotel and made us feel very welcome especially Clement, Kevin, Ozzy, Godzallis & Selda! The entertainment put on was also amazing! The Black and White Party, Four Seasons (PINK Party) and the Foam Party were all great fun and amazing experiences added to the overall holiday! We didn’t visit the shows as much as the first year as we equally enjoyed the live music in the Dome Bar and also the Salamakis Disco! There is one thing I must say about this year and it was the lack of security! Some of the younger members of the party stayed out later than the rest having visited the Salamakis Disco and also went for a dip in the sea. Two girls from the party were accompanied by friends from Luxemburg when a man joined them in the sea. At first the girls said he seemed harmless until he stripped off naked and tried touching them! The next couples of nights he was also down the beach approaching other girls at the ages of 13-15. One night the whole party decided to visit the beach accompanied by friends we had made in the hotel. We didn’t expect the man to be there but he was! Some of the people went in the sea where he clapped at them in their swim wear and then stripped off into his underwear to join them. One member of the party approached security where he was then chased off the beach. Please be aware of this man as he is dangerous especially around young girls and is there for a purpose! He claims he is staying at the Suessi Hotel next door but actually tried to get on the Cornelia’s premises. From then on the security did step up and we even approached the rep! But we didn’t let this ruin the holiday. This year having be aware of the extra charges for the Shisha pipe we went down to the beach to try it of an evening, the pipe costs 10 Euros and is well worth it for an experience. On the last day we had arranged a free courtesy room due to not receiving a VIP set up! We found it was one of our existing rooms therefore transferred our luggage into one of our rooms. However the reception had messed up and told us to vacate the room immediately so the maids could clean the room ready for the new arrivals! We didn’t mind moving but it was the room that we was moved into which was a problem, it was small, very dark and claustrophobic which seemed like a storage room! It was ridiculous considering the amount of people who had to fit in there as well as 8 suitcases and 1 male between 7 women in such a confined space which put a downer on the rest of the stay. I also spoke to a Girl from Belarus who had also stayed at the hotel and she also commented on the changed and the way they had treated returning guests badly. Personally I do love this hotel but this visit was a bit disappointing in the sense of service and treatment. But as its constantly changing it wouldn’t put me off staying again.
Take full advantage of room service, its free as well as the mini bar!
Visit one of the A La Carte restaurants for 10 Euros per person for a 3 course meal with all inclusive drinks as its defiantly a nice touch to the holiday
Visit the spa and take advantage of the sauna, steam, jacuzzi's, tropical shower and bath but steer clear of the expensive treatments!
Visit Belek's market on a Saturday its a great experience and you can get lots of bargains
Book an excursion its something to look forward to. (We booked the Lazy Day Boat Cruise, great day and very lazy)
Steer clear of the hotels shops, they are too expensive and the biggest rip off!

We stayed at this hotel because its supossed to better than cornelia deluxe. But to our taste it is just to big.

We good upgraded at check in for free to swim up rooms, because we travelled as a family with of four people. At that time there was renovation in the pool, but it was finished the last week of the stay. It was very nice to have a pool right of the balcony.

The staff here were overall friendly. And the food was excellent.
But something to complain about is in the bufeetresturant, when you walk out the balcony there on one of the sides, there is a step on the side which you cant see. When you step there you fall hard. This should be fixed. I was not the only one tripping there! It could easily be fixed with a railing like on the other side.

The best waiters were in the lobbybar just before dinner, and the resturant under the lobby for lunch.

All the extra resturants were nice with good food.

I recommend this hotel, if you like big hotels, and if you dont golf.

The spa was good, and the indoor pool and sauna area. try this

Our very first trip to Turkey , great flight from Bristol with only a 4 hour flight time, arriving at the hotel about 2 am Turkey time it was straight to bed , entering our room i was pleased from the start really nice room and a good size far better than our last room in Sandals ST lucia, 6 hours we were up for breakfast again in a 1st rate dining area though it was busy and more like a Butlins holiday camp food, there was loads but i really felt this catered for people from Eastern Europe. off to the swimming pools these were 1st class and i can not fault them in any way some of the best pools i have ever seen we picked the quite zone , but families from easter europe ignored the signs and still took children in to this section. lunch basic but so clean not a bird in sight pecking at the food in this open dining area, though some times the waiters took your plates before you had finished, dining in the selected restuarants was good you had to book between 1900 -2100 hours you needed to be on the room phone to book bang on 1900 hours as places went to quick we were unable to get a place in each one but had great meal in fish love , tai pan , and Forest pub nice but not as nice as the first two. we did ask to view the family rooms and if we were to ever to return we would have to consider these with a lazy river style pool out side of your room so nice to have a late night swim. and i must mention the public toilets i have never been any where , were the toilets have been so clean , cleaners were there every minute of the day , only thing i found was staff never seemed happy many seem as if they were heated moments and many seemed to not understand english, our check out time was 12 noon with pickup at 11pm a long day with no room which we could not get even though i offered to pay, but with out giving in a young member of staff Marina gave us a complimentery room , why could they have not given in the first place i will never know, yes and the spa was far to expensive

Room Tip: get a family room if there is 4 or more

A hotel that has something to offer everyone whatever the age...we were very pleased when we saw our room which was huge and a family of four (2 adults and 2 younger children) will fit very comfortably in one room!! The pools and kids club were great!! And the beach was amazing.such a long strip...two positive things that really stood out are the level of cleanliness and the high standard of food quality ( we previously stayed at the rixos Bodrum and the food quality pales in comparison)! However if I were to pinpoint one drawback it would definitely be the al a carte dining reservation system! It drove us crazy...I mean we were there for 8 days and we only managed to book twice ( reservation is made via phone through an automated system every night for the following night at 7 pm...we called every evening at 7 pm sharp but were disappointed many times) which isn't the multi ate experience that you really seek...overall we didn't let this frustrating issue damper the vast amount of fun that we had. It's a lovely property that will definitely please everyone!!

WOW!!!!!!!!!!!! This has to be the best hotel we have ever stayed in and we have done a lot of travelling. Our rooms were spacious and clean with an amazing view of the hotel complex and sea. The mini bar and fruit was restocked daily. Room service was handy to have on our first night as we were all hungry after a late arrival. The restaurant was massive with lots of choice for the family for all meals. The dome bar was great for lunch as it was close to the pools. There was an endless supply of ice cream which kept a certain member of our group happy!!! The pools were amazing, shows at night were good and the outdoor parties were fantastic!!! We went to Belek for the evening to look around the shops....a 5 minute drive from the hotel and the taxi for 6 only cost 4 euros.
All in all a great holiday was had by our family....the only down side was having to return home!! We would definately return to this amazing hotel, but for now we have to continue on our travels in search of a better hotel than The Cornelia Diamond Golf Resort and Spa!!!!
