“Okay, for short term needs”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 2, 2012

This Hotel was perfectly nice for a short term stay, Clean and Comfortable. There is a very nice pool outside and several nice restaurants right next to it. I accidently went in the wrong room and the door opened with my key so I dont think the rooms are very secure. Say hello to Merychell Gomez that works in Leoj Cafe downstairs. She is a sweet girl.

We stayed here because it was close to the airport.

The only good thing is that it was close to the airport.
However you have to get a taxi to departures as there is no path and no escalaters to departures

The villa room did not even have a kettle at 5000 pesos a night.
The furniture was falling apart and they just left the cleaning hose in the pool so trhe kids could not swim

There is a very dodgy convenience store and the only choice was KFC with no good healthy options.

Very strange people kept walking into the pool area. There was NO security.

Please learn from our experience If you love your kids do not bring them here

Room Tip: The villas are not worth it

This place is really convenient for travelers who arrive Manila late and have to take an early flight the next morning. If you come out from Terminal 1, you can just walk to the hotel within 10 minutes. The airport staff are glad to tell you the location. There are a KFC, a Chinese restaurant, and a grocery store outside. However, the overall condition of the hotel is just merely OK. Things are worn-out. I don't know about other rooms, but the air conditioner is too noisy. The hotel can arrange you a free transportation to the airport (again, if you go to T1, you can just do some physical exercise by walking).

Room Tip: For travelers who arrive Manila at Terminal 1: Walk outside from the arriving gate, cross the street...

Thankfully I only had to stay here for about 3 hours as we landed in Manila at midnight and flew out again at 6am...
The good thing is that it's close to the airport and the transfer service is efficient. That's the only good thing!
The lobby certainly does not look like the photo posted here! The receptionist was incapable of smiling. The room was DISGUSTING. It had an awful smell which was almost like a strong disinfectant that had been used to cover up a more sinister smell. Yuk. I kept my flip flops on as I didn't want to walk bare feet. It was noisy outside but luckily the pretty useless but noisy aircon covered up the ouside noise!
Now I know it's cheap so we weren't expecting much, but it was worse than expected. i've stayed in hotels cheaper than this in Thailand that are beautiful.
Overall I'd say that next time I would pay more and stay somewhere where I didn't feel like I needed a whole body scrub after staying there.

Room Tip: Choose a room in a different hotel

The place is run down, the rooms has a terrible smell of tobacco and mold, the aircon doesn't work properly and is awfully noisy. The only good thing is that the bathroom is clean.

They have transfer to the hotel, and even if it is an airport hotel you will need the transportation, especially if you are landing to Terminal 3. It took us 30 minutes to get to the hotel in the evening, after that we waited first for 30 minutes for them to come and pick us up, which was supposed to happen in just 10 minutes.

There are other hotels closer to the airport, just google them, and don't spend your money on this one. The rates are way, and I mean WAY, to high for this standard.

well, i knew this wasn't going to be anything fancy and i had pretty low expectations to begin with. my friend and i needed a place to stay for only a few hours. our flight landed in manila around midnight and we were leaving the next morning at 6:30. it didn't make a lot of sense to find a better place in manila.

the plus side:
--location, obviously. just a stone's throw away from the airport.
--the free shuttle. having them pick us up from the airport seems silly in retrospect when considering we could have walked there in 2 minutes, but it was nice nonetheless. even better was the free ride the next morning to our small flight to palawan-- it was not technically in the airport but rather a private hangar, so i thought they were very gracious in taking us there.
--breakfast was not that exciting but was free.
--the pillows were soft.

the minus side:
--the smell of the rooms. i cringe thinking about it. they used some cleaner/air freshener that literally smelled like a combination of seafood and citrus. it made us cry and i swear our nose hairs were singed! it actually made it difficult to sleep.
--the cost. i paid $60US for this room by booking on agoda.com. this is exorbitant but i guess they know the folks doing layovers have little other choice.

This hotel is in a fantastic position to the airport but it is very run down needing alot of money to make it look modern. Also the hotel taxi drivers charge too much and are a rip off when using them to go into the city, although shuttle to airport is free. Has good facilities close by such as KFC, Money Changer, Chinese Restaurant. On New Year's eve this hotel had no fireworks and no decent entertainment, very very disappointing. I visit Manila regularly with my gf when in the Philippines but I am getting very tired of the shabby looks and lack of maintenance.

Room Tip: Superior rooms are better
