Place for staying overnight for a connection the next day. I have stayed there 6 times this year. They make an effort to keep rooms clean and tidy. It is a "minimalist" and perfect to get to all Terminals in Manilla. The staff is kind. The price is very very cheap. Thus do not expect it to be a Marriott. The loft room is the cheapest and really not desirable . The shuttle is best taken BACK to Airport. To go to the hotel take a taxi. The cost for metered taxi (the ONLY type to take) is about 165 - 200 Ps ($4-5) The hotel is extremely close, but traffic is horrendous, except on Sunday morning.

Room Tip: NOT the loft room

If you're looking for a cheap place to stay near the airport this place is good. It wasn't the best, so don't expect a 5 star hotel here. They offer a free airport pick up, but good luck finding them. We waited a very long time and finally had to call the hotel to find the guy. Upgrade to a regular room, not the loft. In the loft room you have to climb a ladder to get to the bed. This would be fine...if the AC was up there with the bed. It is not. We ended up bringing the mattress down to sleep in front of the AC. We probably could have upgraded, but it was late and after traveling we just wanted to sleep and communicating with the staff at the front desk was not easy. Next time we are in the Philippines and need a place close to the airport I think we will look elsewhere...this hotel also didn't seem to be in the best part of town.

Good things about Isabelle Garden:
Free airport pick up
Breakfast included
Helped us arrange a taxi to get back to airport
Room was clean

Room Tip: Don't pick the Loft Room unless you want to sweat while sleeping.

Two significant problems: the room smelt dank; never had this experience with a hotel before. Secondly, the bed area was very hot. The room had a loft bed and the a/c was at floor level. Consequently, as others have noted, this poor design means that while the sleeping area was cooled by the a/c the sleeping area was 30 degrees warmer and made sleeping difficult.

First, they did not turn up for the airport transfer which i have confirmed. Luckily i arrived the airport on time at 9pm and that is when the airport information counter will close. I managed to get the reception to help me to contact the hotel and the car arrived 10 mins later.

Arrived and checked in. It was fast and i order Mc Donald delievery as there is no other choice.

Upon entering the room, it was very dark even though i have switch on all the lights. They have many TV channels. My bed is located on top of the room. Underneath my bed is the so called little living room with a tv, air cond and cupboard. No chair and sofa.

So i have to sit at the kitchen area to watch tv. The worst is the Air cond does not work properly. I did not realise it at the first place because the air cond is blowing directly to the kitchen area.

The nightmare came at 3am as i woke up because my bed is wet by my sweat. i sweat so much because it was too hot. I got to to put a towel on the kitchen floor and sleep on the floor because that is the only cold place you can find in the whole room.

This hotel is ideal if you want somewhere affordable & clean to stay for a few nights close to the airport.
The rooms are large, clean and well furnished. The bathroom is fine, with a good shower and hot water.
The location is a small village, away from the main areas in Manila - so it's not a 5star resort or hotel (if you want that kind of place you will have to pay a lot more to stay in the city).
I enjoyed my stay here, it made a real change from the busy parts of Manila; the main street outside the hotel has everything you need for a few days (7/11 Grocery store, bakery & other small eateries; hairdressers and other salons).

I never had any problems staying here, there is free wi-fi in the lobby, the reception staff are helpful.
If you are planning to travel and do things in the city or visit places like MOA, this is probably not the best location, as you will be paying for taxis each way.

Recommended for a quiet stay outside of the city.

I booked my overnight stay at this hotel through Hotels.com. I chose the more expensive room for 1 person. On Hotels.com website, it offered complimentary pick-up. Prior to my departure, I called the hotel and gave them my flight details. They told me to meet the driver at the PQRS waiting area. When I went to that area, I could not see their driver and had to take a taxi. On the ride, I realised and this has been confirmed by others that the ride passed through some slums in Manila where I saw prostitutes on the street. Fortunately, my taxi driver brought me to the hotel safely. When I arrived, I asked to purchase drinking water and the reception had none. In my room, although Hotels.com said that it had a kitchen, there were no utensils of any kind. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were empty. No kettle even to boil water. Even the cupboard was bare; no clothes hangers. My impression was that the hotel was not interested in providing service to its overnight customers. The bathroom was exceedingly small. The hotel compensated for the bungled pick-up by offering me complimentary drop-off the following day. I decided then to cancel my reservation for my overnight stay before flying back to Melbourne. This time I chose Nichols Airport hotel and was not disappointed.

Room Tip: Don't bother booking here. Advice from bona fide traveller. Bad service should not be supported.

Stayed overnite on 2 separate days for early flights.
Location quite far from other locations in Manila. Not to mention the traffic incurred to reach the place.
Location poor- was advised by staff to either hire a taxi or tricycle if leaving the premises. Felt unsafe in the surroundings.
Found roaches and small red ants (on the bed!!!!!!)
Small rooms.
Big mistake. Would not recommend at all. Spend few more $ and stay in a better hotel.
Also suggest remove photos on website. I do not know what magazine they took those pics from. Certainly does not look like their hotel rooms!
