“Convenient and clean, no frills”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 2, 2012

We had a late arrival into Manila and an early departure the next day. We know he traffic in and it f the city can be vile, so thought this was a good choice. Pick up included at airport, you need to leave terminal and cross road and then go down a walkway. Check in very fast. Room basic but clean, air con a bit noisy but worked, no sign of bugs. Twin beds actually very comfortable, got a great sleep. Taxi arranged for return to airport which is 5 mins away. Great for one night if all you want to do is crash. Breakfast looked good but girl serving was so slow we had coffes and left. Good value.

Stayed here one night while in transit. Room was clean but basic. First room I had smelled of smoke and they quickly moved me to another. Both bathrooms were large and had huge walk-in showers. Soap provided but not shampoo or lotion. I think there were 2 toothbrushes though. Rooms have tile floors. First room had a small sofa. Second had a small table. Wall unit had ample space for luggage and had a small TV. There was a small refrigerator. I would have liked the room a little cooler but the air conditioner was at max. Bed was reasonably comfortable. The hotel was larger than I expected and very clean.

I booked through booking.com and didn't know that the free shuttle was only provided if you book on hotel's website. Room price was the same on both sites, so if you want the free shuttle, book on the hotel site. Shuttle service is reliable and quick. We received a breakfast for free, which I wasn't expecting. We asked them to make french toast for us and they did, even though it wasn't on the menu. Staff was friendly.

We were originally supposed to leave early morning but our flight changed to afternoon. To the left of the hotel, down the street, is a street market. We spent a few hours there shopping which was better than sitting in the room all morning watching TV.

Me and the whole family have stayed here several different times in the past month. The beds are comfy. We would get a free van shuttle ride to the airport during checkout for free instead of the free breakfast, but that worked out perfect because we would checkout before breakfast even started. It is less then 10 minute drive to the airports. Or around 15 minutes to the Mall of Asia.

The biggest problem with the hotel is that they don't provide a free airport shuttle to those who didn't book through their website. I didn't realize this until it was too late. It's 300 Philippine Pesos each way. We were there for a stopover, and I wouldn't recommend much more than that. If I had known that the shuttle wasn't free, I wouldn't have stayed there. The room was clean, but the area was shady. We arrived late at night and were a little freaked out (we are two young females).

The Hotel is near Airport but it's expensive. I thought we booked the room with breakfast included. When I asked them. why no breakfast? They said the travel did not included the breakfast, I'm the owner of the travel agency and directly book with them.

Stood here for 2 nights with my baby and it was not a good experience. They gave us a smoking room and could not stand the smell. The washroom was not so clean. Not good shower either. The only good thing in this hotel is that it is just a few minutes drive to the airport.

This hotel is exclusively for short stay travellers waiting to catch flights, or just arriving, so its not the sort of place to spend more than one night. It is basic and reasonably priced. We arrived well after the 13.00 check in time and our rooms werent ready for about another 15 minutes. The rooms are large, clean and very sparsely decorated. I noticed a large pool of water in one corner, and traced it to the aircon unit which was dribbling water, because I am told the filter needed cleaning. To resolve this I had to turn it to fan only, lucky it wasnt too hot. i called someone to the room who mopped up but wasnt interested in resolving the problem.
At 5.30 am a member of staff knocked on our door to take us to the airport. Trouble was he had the wrong room, he wanted next door! I dont have a problem with a genuine mistake if he had the good manners to apologise, but all I got was a disinterested look. I never used the rooftop bar so cannot comment on that.
