We recently stayed for two nights in room 5 (not in the main house). Our room and the additional privacy were fantastic. The garden is so relaxing and the bird hide is fab. We spent hours in there watching all sorts of birds and were even lucky enough to see one of the otters! Liz and Des, the owners were fantastic hosts, friendly and chatty without being intrusive. We even got a glass of sherry to warm us up after a few hours in the bird hide! Breakfast was great and the rest of the staff were really helpful too. And near lots of great things to do. Well worth a little detour inland from the Garden Route to stay here.
