Great food, excellent service from well-trained staff ... but an owner who discriminates against single diners. After frequenting this restaurant for more than 12 months, on a monthly basis, out of the blue the owner expresses his unhappiness with my using my laptop (I was reading the news, which I often do while eating). I had a full meal and 2 glasses of wine and he tells me "even though you are spending money there, don't think you're doing me any favours".
Of course he reserves ‘right of admission’ to his establishment, but then he should put up a sign that single diners are not welcome.
