Immaculate, stylish, design! A villa with wonderful view. The rooms are very spacious, with a huge bathroom. A lot of small details make the journey here spectacular! Bag with beach towels, strawberry with chocolate at arrivals, rose's petals on the bed, huge selection for breakfast (you can choose, whatever and will be freshly prepared). Ross and Bianca and all the staff are all very kind, with lots of suggestions to visit Knysna and around. We were there for new year's eve and they offer us a bottle of sparkling wine! You can also have a delicious light meals until 7.30 pm. Car (will be washed on departure) is needed (otherwise is 45 min walking distance from the waterfront) and there is free parking, swimming pool, wifi (but quite slow and work only in the main area). We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!!!

We stayed at Villa Afrikana as part of our honeymoon and we were really happy with our choice of accommodation. The owners Bianca and Ross were very hospitable and friendly and made our stay a real pleasure (especially with all the little touches such as chocolate covered strawberries, chocolates and wine on our arrival.)
Our room overlooked a magnificent view of Knysna and we loved the clean modern african decor.
The staff were super helpful, the breakfasts great and all of the recommendations about the local area were spot on.

Would highly recommend staying here.

Set on the hillside overlooking the Knysna bay and The Heads lies this fantastic guest house. Run by two lovely people Ross and Bianca who are passionate about great service and making sure that their guests are completely at ease and in comfort. There was nothing to comment upon that wasn't top quality! Service, food, room quality, location and breakfast!! :)

If you asked us if you should stay for a while at Villa Afrikana the answer would always be of course you should!

This is definitely one of the nicest places I have ever stayed. The service is simply fantastic, room was gorgeous . Hosts were such nice , genuine people. We had breakfast on the terrace outside our rooms every morning, this can also be served inside your room. Every day when we arrived back from exploring we were greeted by the staff offering refreshments and asking if we wanted to make a dinner reservation or indeed confirming a reservationnwe had requested earlier. Bianca and Ross, always recommended great places for lunch or dinner. The towels in the room were refreshed everytime we used them. We had brought a bottle of champagne and red wine with us from Stellenbosch, the staff noticed these and left champagne flutes and red wine glasses in the room. There were beach towels and a beach basket in the room to use for a day out ,along with candles for a romantic night in. The room was so nice we decided to stay in and have pizza, the table on our terrace was set with a table cloth etc. I would definitely recommend you book this villa, simply amazing.
