This property is certainly unique and is in a wonderful location.
Don't expect a standard room as these are far from ordinary, and have a very different look and feel.
Courteous staff and comfortable surroundings made for an enjoyable experience.
I would stay there again for sure.

I stayed at the lofts as part of an annual holiday group of 8 golfers. A 4 star self catering with the heart and soul of six star luxury. The Lofts staff were all wonderful giving the place a very personal touch. Breakfast at ile de pain was always a delight and Thesen Island is a gem.

But what made this stay exceptional and one of the most memorable for all was a special young lady called Roda ! She and her husband manage the place and from the moment we checked in she organized the confusion of of 8 male golfers who couldn’t pack a lunch!

Thank you Roda for making our stay so brilliant and I certainly hope I have the pleasure of staying at the Lofts again!

This beautifully designed boutique hotel offers fantastic spaces to rest, enjoy a book, have a beer, or swim in a pool. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Great dining is found by simply walking around the corner.

Just feet from the water, The Lofts is truly a great place to stay.

I have been in Knysna three times in the last two years and have stayed here every time. I love The Lofts.

The self-catering suites are perfect for a long stay or just a lovely weekend away for 2 - 4 people or for a family looking for a upmarket self-catering unit in Knysna. Each is equipped with two bedrooms, with full en suite bathroom's and a fully equipped modern kitchen.

Luxuries provided in the 2 bedroom unit:

Air conditioning units, a digital electronic safe, heated towel rails :), 2 x hair dryer/s (one in each bedroom), wired and wireless Internet access in each of the suites, ceiling fans in main bedroom (in selected suites only), fully serviced on a daily basis, 2 x televisions with select DSTV channels, fully equipped Minibar, a fully equipped self-catering kitchen , same day guest laundry service and a telephone.
