Stayed here in the 2 bedroom apartment with our teenage sons. As I said it's really basic. The beds aren't especially comfortable and the second bedroom is tiny. Kitchen not well equipped at all. Only 4 knives and 3 forks when we were there and very blunt cooking knives so you could chop anything. Walls really thin so you can hear tv in living room.
However the outlook from the balcony is lovely and it's very quiet indeed (although on our first night we have an extremely noisy family next door, but that's the luck of the draw) it's quite a trek from the town so you do need a car to get anywhere.
If you are just after somewhere cheap to sleep that's not a hotel then it's ok and you can park your car under cover, useful in the heat. There is a nifty canoe/kayak you can use foc and a pool (which is v small) also you get your own braii (barbie for us Brits)]
