I thought I woke up in a different world when I was told by the chef that my hard-boiled oiled-drenched fried egg was in fact the soft poached egg that I ordered. The manager had nothing to do but make excuses for it.
After we had been given & ordered from the a la carte menu, & it arrived incorrectly, we were told that we weren't meant to order off the menu, but rather use the continental buffet.
Additionally, "training staff" were serving the guests on 'tweede nuwe jaar'...? (According to the manager.)
Also, my mother was in a wheelchair after an accident & even though there was wheelchair access to the restaurant, to get to the toilet she had to use a flight of steps as well as steps up into the ladies.
After 3 tries, I will not be going back.

Many apologies for this experience. We have changed both restaurant management and we have a wonderful new chef who has a great reputation. Please see the latest reviews.

With regards the wheelchair access, you did not get the correct info. We have a disabled restroom on the same level as the restaurant, equipped with all the help facilities
