“Small beach with stunning views”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 29, 2013

Visited Victoria beech as part of my Garden route trip. Its a smallish beach away from the busy one in town.

The water is warmer than the Atlantic waters of cape town. It is very safe to park and to enjoy the water. It is also hood for water surfing. With the mountain on the right and holiday houses dehind the beach, it is so picturesque I just awes you. There is s clean nice braai/barbecue area undet the mountain.

Enjoyed every nit of this beach.

“A lovely place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2012

We discovered Victoria Bay when we were booked at the Waves B&B.
The small bay is surrounded by rocks ans cliffs and is lovely
The small beach was packed in December and it's probably best to avoid the holiday season.
Lots of big waves, lots of surfers and lots of families.

“Quaint and pretty”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 6, 2012

We visited in October when it was not too busy, but I can not imagine that a gem like this will be overlooked by the masses in peak season.
What a lovely little beach. Large, well kept lawns, enough rubbish bins, braai areas, sandy beach - all in a secluded little bay. Rent one of the very few beach cottages or stay in the caravan park. Whichever way, the ocean is right on your window cill.
Public ablutions are clean an well maintained an a convenient little beach café/restaurant fills the gap.

“What a View”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2012

A gem along the Garden Route Coast. rare to find a tanning lawn outside of the cities. It's terraced with your next step being onto the beach. There's a pier for a different perspective. The biggest charm is the one lane that divides very few houses from the ocean. No more can be built so it was no surprise than an old, small house had a for sale price tag of R12 million.
