My wife and myself have traveled to and stayed at some of the best hotels but our time at the Constantia was above and beyond our previous experiences.
The level of service was delightfully attentive without being over intrusive.Things like washing our car without being asked, to the cocktails served when we retired for the night.The bubble bath and champers on arrival will always stand out as the beginning of a great 8 days in Cape Town.

We are fortunate to have stayed in Hotels all over the World, but none compare to the Constantia! Luxury is the order of the day and the staff just cannot do enough for you. The rooms are spacious, lavish, quiet and the whole setting is just perfect. You do need a car to get about, but definitely worth staying here and driving into Capetown and other areas. Breakfast is lovely and the in house Dinner should not be missed - exquisite food and attentive but not intrusive service - an absolute delight to dine here.

Understated class and the excellence in service. A lovely experience. The rooms / bathrooms were sumptuous and the setting relaxing.

We have stayed at a number of properties in the Cape Town area over the last 5 years - Ellerman House, The Cellars, Ezard House.
This is our third visit to The Constantia and we will be booking up to stay again.
We went to SA for complete R & R. We received it at The Constantia in abundance. Our refurbished suite was fabulous and the level of service led by the manager Claire outstanding.
If you want minimalism, lots of people and parties this property is not for you. If you want true boutique experience with one to one service which really is one to one service - book now.
