My wife and I stayed there for a long weekend. I was on a project in Jo'burg and we decided to visit Cape Town. I picked up the place from a local website. (There are so many alternatives there. I recommend to stay in the city bowl if this is your first visit to Cape Town.)
We arrived on Friday morning and left the premises on Sunday morning. All I can tell you that everything was really perfect. We had a room with gorgeous see view (if available, ask for this room, it is slightly more expensive, but it is worth it.) The villa is well architected and also decorated. I stay 7-8 months per year in hotels because of my job, so I believe that I have a good understanding of the hospitality business. I think this place can be considered as a small hip B&B with a considerably cheaper price compared to its peers.
It is in Green Point, which is in a quite street in the City Bowl and is close to everywhere. The owner, a very kind and lovely lady, looked
after us during our stay. We really felt at home. If you are into the hip places with modern and neutral design, or if you are a "wallpaper"
traveller, this place is definitely an alternative to the ridiculously
