“99 Bottles of beer on the wall”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2014

Well done for using creative words and great signage against the wall as you make your way up the stairs. If you can't find a beer that you enjoy here, it probably doesn't exist. Good central location and easy to get a cab or find a backpackers if necessary

“99 beers”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 13, 2014

The place for beers in Long Street. Modern and nice place. I tried a lot of beers, best was the Triggerfish. The chips served with the Berlin-style currywurst is probably the best chips I ever have tasted!

“Real Ale paradise in the heart of Long Street”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 12, 2014

I loved the Beerhouse. It does exactly what it says in its name! Loads of draught ales ranging from the light to the heavy, malty to the hoppy. You also have a huge range of bottled beers. I think they do wines and other drinks, but I couldn't tear myself away from the American Pale Ale. Magic! If you are lucky enough to get a seat outside on the balcony, then its even better. Highly recommended if you like beer :-)

“Lekker service by knowledgable staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 15, 2014

A great place for anyone who enjoys beer and ales - a huge menu of local craft beers and waiters who really know their stuff and can make recommendations - our waiter was really spot on.

Located right in the middle of town it's a good place to sit and have a cold beer and watch the world go by.

Will definitely go again!

“Great beer choices”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2014 via mobile

Came here for some pre-dinner relaxing and drinks. The service was ultra friendly, the beers were all tasty and interesting and the bar snacks were unique. The olives were my particular favourite, followed by the naatjies....and if like me you have no idea what they are, a naatjie is an orange!! Particularly like the beer matching to the bar snacks. Great place to start an evening (or stay and finish it there too!)
