This was a small museum, but full of fascinating information about a very terrible situation in Cape Town when people were removed from their neighborhoods because of color. Well worth the visit!

“Informative SA”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013

The museum is on the hop-on and hop-off bus route. It is a colourful, creative and interactive look at the sad history of a community wiped out by apartheid. Recommended.

“Good but could be better”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 25, 2013

The video, whilst informative was all over the place, and repeated itself frequently. In addition the video was in the classroom with kids having a class which made it hard to hear. It was however a good experience and would still recommend it

So many interesting documents and history in the museum from original street signs and storefronts to personal documents - a must see.

“A great reflection”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 19, 2013

I drive through District 6 every day and I'd love for it to remain unchanged. It gives a beautiful view of the city with only religious buildings popping through on the D6 skyline. To change it will to lose this reflection.
