The Table Bay Hotel is an absolute destination. We arranged pickup from the airport by the hotel and we were greeted by a very polite gentleman who had cold water on ice in the car when we arrived. The staff's service is above anything I've ever seen and I've been a lot of places. It's right on the V & A waterfront and has excellent views from almost everywhere in the hotel. You can't be this location. It's within walking distance of everything. It's right in the middle of almost any experience you want to have and has an entrance from the hotel directly into the V & A Mall. The food was excellent and breakfast had so much variety. On trips to Cape Town, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else.

This was definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed at, and being our first experience of Cape Town it really did the city proud. We had a wonderful view of the Table Mountain and port below from our 8th floor suite. The room itself was large and had a good bathroom. The hotel staff were really efficient and helpful, including the Concierge who went beyond the call of duty in advising us of an impending influx of visitors to the City due to a conference. He therefore suggested he should book us into restaurants for two evenings. He also arranged a hotel chauffeur to take us on a superb tour of the Cape of Good Hope and surrounding areas. Our thanks to Naser Elkurdi, our tour guide, who did a great professional job. Well done Table Bay - we would thoroughly recommend you.

We were travelling as part of a group and I think that everyone loved this hotel. Superb location - attached to a large, classy mall and right on the waterfront. The breakfast buffet was huge - like nothing I've seen before. The bed unusually comfortable.
The staff in the dining room deserve special mention as they really tried hard to please - and they did.

What an incredibly wonderful way to bring in the New Year! Surrounded by the beautiful aqua marine blue of the ocean with an awesome view of Table Top mountain just outside our window. The staff was extremely courteous & accommodating. The festive Christmas decor made you smile from the moment you entered. We loved the variety available on the breakfast buffet. High tea &/or cocktails on the patio with a view of the ocean was a wonderful way to relax. The proximity to the wharf and the multitude of activities, restaurants, shops and entertainment makes this a definite place to which we will return. Considering coming back to the CapeTown Jazz Festival.
