I came here for my cousins 21st and can honestly say that I was blown away by the meals! we had set courses, however everything just blended so well together. Each meal was paired with a wine, and have to say that each wine went incredibly well with the course at hand... My favourite was their soup, it was a quail and celeriac veloute, quail egg, legs and breast, smoked chickpea puree and foie gras mousse paired with avinum winery of good hope chenin blanc 2010 (stellebosch). All flavours melted together in your mouth. I was salivating while writing this, imagining eating this again... yum yum yum.
