We spend nearly every other weekend here. Besides the great view and a superb spot for people watching , you can easily sit here from breakfast through to lunch and end up having sundowners. It is always madly busy with families, couples, cyclists, etc. The food is probably not 5 star but it's predictable and generous and yummy. I love there strawberry smoothies and the iced coffee is to die for. Do not take the diet version because the real thing is worth the calories. I usually have the breakfast wrap with extra crispy bacon or the berry yoghurt but the omelettes and the spicy eggs are great too. If you stay for lunch the nachos are fabulous and the salads are huge and healthy.
I am not a fan of the dinner menu and not because of the choice but because the staff and ownership swap and it's obvious. The breakfast and lunch service and menu are run by the staff and ex owner of The Sandbar which used to be next door and they are a super team.
