We stayed over with friends at Waterfront guestfarm on our way to Kgalagadi Transfrontier Park.
We arrived in the afternoon and were welcomed by the very friendly and considerate owner Brunhilde. She showed us to the nicely decorated rooms with everything including a minibar. In the lounge you could also make tea and coffee and there were fridges with cool drinks and beer and wine you could order. Some of us did water activities at the river, they didn't charge us anything for that. In the evening the husband made a braii and made steaks to perfection. The table was laid at the riverbank with white tablecloth, serviettes and candle ligths. The food was excellent, salads, vegetables, steaks and roosterkoeks. Breakfast also excellent. We felt very welcome and will definitely stay there again next time we visit the area.
