We took my husband here for a Father's Day weekend getaway. We had a great time. Horseshoes, tetherball and lots of fishing. We rented a paddleboat and toured Rainbow Lake. Our cabin was clean and had new appliances. It was like camping (but not sleeping on an airbed)! We had a small gas heater which we didn't need, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and one bath. It was equipped with everything we needed. It was a short walk down to the lake via the resort trail, kind of like just walking out the door! We could fish off of 2 docks, the shore, or rent paddleboats, metal boats or water trikes. The manager was really nice and interacted with all of us; even gave us some fishing tips! The kids had a blast and it was a great Father's Day. Will definitely visit again.

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation. We rented boats, went out to dinner, everything was terrific. The staff was very friendly and knew all of the nice places to dine out. we could not believe how quiet it is. Most of the time all we heard were the ducks and geese. Every morning we had coffee on the porch overlooking the lake. Wonderful vacation!

My wife, two boys and I stayed at the Rainbow's End over Memorial Day. What a blast! We met another nice family there and rented two of the water-trikes. Probably the most fun I've had "working out" in a long time. This place is very affordable, the staff are great and it is really right on the lake! We will be back!

My husband and I have been going to Pinetop-Lakeside for years and have stayed just about everywhere. Rainbow's End is our new favorite! We arrived and the manager greeted us with a friendly smile. We stayed in the Pinon, which is a beautiful quaint room that faces the lake. We saw the lake from all of our windows and right off of our porch. Rainbow Lake is one of the larger lakes in the area. We also rented a boat and the manager was so nice to show us how to use the motor and made sure we knew where the best fishing spots were. We caught both bass and trout this trip. We have already booked our next trip for July and can't wait to come back.
