“Great getaway”

We took my husband here for a Father's Day weekend getaway. We had a great time. Horseshoes, tetherball and lots of fishing. We rented a paddleboat and toured Rainbow Lake. Our cabin was clean and had new appliances. It was like camping (but not sleeping on an airbed)! We had a small gas heater which we didn't need, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and one bath. It was equipped with everything we needed. It was a short walk down to the lake via the resort trail, kind of like just walking out the door! We could fish off of 2 docks, the shore, or rent paddleboats, metal boats or water trikes. The manager was really nice and interacted with all of us; even gave us some fishing tips! The kids had a blast and it was a great Father's Day. Will definitely visit again.

“Quiet location on the lake! Had a great time!”

My husband and I had a wonderful vacation. We rented boats, went out to dinner, everything was terrific. The staff was very friendly and knew all of the nice places to dine out. we could not believe how quiet it is. Most of the time all we heard were the ducks and geese. Every morning we had coffee on the porch overlooking the lake. Wonderful vacation!

“Family fun on the lake!”

My wife, two boys and I stayed at the Rainbow's End over Memorial Day. What a blast! We met another nice family there and rented two of the water-trikes. Probably the most fun I've had "working out" in a long time. This place is very affordable, the staff are great and it is really right on the lake! We will be back!

“Wow!! Best place to rent near a lake.”

My husband and I have been going to Pinetop-Lakeside for years and have stayed just about everywhere. Rainbow's End is our new favorite! We arrived and the manager greeted us with a friendly smile. We stayed in the Pinon, which is a beautiful quaint room that faces the lake. We saw the lake from all of our windows and right off of our porch. Rainbow Lake is one of the larger lakes in the area. We also rented a boat and the manager was so nice to show us how to use the motor and made sure we knew where the best fishing spots were. We caught both bass and trout this trip. We have already booked our next trip for July and can't wait to come back.

Room Tip: Be careful. There is another place in the area named the Rainbow Lake Lodge, which is not even near...

“New Owners, Completely Renovated as of May 15, 2012”

Hello.

I just wanted to let everyone know that we took over this beautiful location (1.5 acres, on the lake, with it's own boat dock) in early January 2012. We have put in nearly $250,000 in rehabilitation and improvements. For nearly 5 months we have worked around the clock to turn this property into a beautiful AND affordable location. The Rainbow's End Resort has 14 rooms (many of which have porches and windows facing the lake). Guests can fish right on the property, rent boats, barbeque, volleyball, horseshoes, etc. For the best value by far you should consider the Rainbow's End Resort (we are offering 25% off -- even during the Summer). We open year-round starting May 15th, 2012.

I sincerely hope you will consider us for your lake front lodging needs in Pinetop-Lakeside and thanks for reading this.
