“Very nice place to stay!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

This hotel is in a great location. Not only is the service great but the staff is very attentive. It is so well kept up and very clean. Breakfast came with your stay too so it is definitely a plus. I would come back again!

This Travelodge is a great place to stay. In addition to a good location, the owners and their employees are so nice and pleasant. They all went out of their way to accommodate our large party. The included breakfast was very nicely done and quite tasty.I would definitely recommend them to friends and family, and we will certainly stay here on our next visit.

Not the best location in Lake Havasu, but one of the best value for money in town. The staff was very helpful (I had a flat tire) and dynamic (the lady during the breakfast). The room was big and comfy. There is no swimming pool but a spa room (the AC wasn't working) that might not be suitable for young kids.

We stayed at this hotel one night, on the road from AZ to CA. The couple that manage were SO pleasant. Our room was clean and large. No pool, but we didn't think about that; we spent the evening wandering around town anyway. It's in a quieter area of town (which we appreciated) and just a two minute drive to restaurants, the bridge, etc. Our room didn't have a view of the lake but I think some rooms at the front might? Breakfast was just fine. Fresh/tasty baked goods, a pancake maker (!!), juice, sausages, fruit, etc. Standard stuff. No complaints about that. Re: room. We should have asked for a 2nd floor room, as we had a "heavy walker" in the room above us... Great air conditioning - just one drawback is that it's controlled by a thermostat on the wall - we couldn't adjust the fan to low, so it was on the noisier side. Nice cool a/c was highly appreciated though! The whole room was clean, and a good-size bathroom. The beds were super-comfy. All in all very good value for the money.

Room Tip: 2nd floor front rooms might have a view of the lake? Could hear person in room above us walking abo...

This place seemed on the dingy side although they are in the process of renovating. From our window we could see a big stack of old TV's they took out when they replaced them with flat screens. Be warned there is NO elevator here. The check in person was friendly as was the one manning the desk the next morning. The room was ok and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast next morning was the usual hotel fare however the sausage links were really tasty!

Room Tip: If you don't like stairs choose a ground floor room, no elevator.

2 of 5 stars Reviewed June 20, 2014

I stayed at the Lake Havasu Travelodge recently based on the reviews on Trip Advisor and I think for once they got it wrong. I'm not sure what drove people to rate it #2 in Lake Havasu whether it was the dated décor, or the lousy breakfast or the overall dinginess of the place. Oh maybe it was because it was the only place in the state of Arizona without a pool (my fault for not checking). Truth be told it was not a horror show but the breakfast was plain lousy and the frantic lady who was trying to keep up with the breakfast bar was embarrassing. We stayed at a Quality Inn in Williams AZ the following night and one woman kept the breakfast area maintained very efficiently for an equally large if not larger crowd so it was not that there were too many people. It's not like I was afraid to walk out of my room at night or anything, it was reasonably safe but I would take my chances on any number of other places in town before I would go there again.

Thank you "BTPOOTER", for completing a review regarding your recent stay at our property. We are sorry that we did not live up to your expectations. We just got done installing new 40" flat screen tvs in all the room, new furniture has also been installed in all guest rooms. In addition to those improvements, we have also updated our breakfast with pancakes, sausage, hardboiled eggs. Few gluten free options have also been added to our complimentary breakfast bar. We will address the attendance issue and we appreciate you bringing it to your attention. Please contact me directly at the property in order to discuss how we could have served you better. Once again, we thank you for your input and I look forward to hearing from you soon. Sincerley, JC
