“Honestly excellent”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 26, 2013

Me and my fiancée stayed at this hotel on out trip to ballito from London.

There was a very friendly greeting when we arrived and a little personal touch of hampers of local biltong and home made cookies was awaiting for us in our room. The room itself was fantastic. The home made breakfast in the mornings was the best. truly spectacular .Lynell & Desiree the hotel managers made us feel very welcomed and special.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone considering staying in the area.

This must be the best guest house experience we ever had! We stayed in the stand alone executive unit facing the pool. A lot of privacy, room with open plan on suite bathroom and also a lounge area- stunning decor and furniture. Really feels like a little italy or some other country. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming with a lot of attention to detail. The 2 sisters running the guest house is doing a superb job! Thank u to both of u. Breakfast is great with freshly baked scones/muffins and a cooked breakfast made with love. Every day a fresh cake is baked and guests can help themselves any time of day and night along with home made biscuits.(Best cakes in town) Lovely christmas vibe and deco. Also free cherry in room and lounge daily. Great variety of drinks in bar fridge. The area is really nice and quiet..not as busy as the guest houses down at the main beach. We will definately return and also tell all our friends and family of this fantastic guesthouse. We booked into another guest house today and what a dissapointment this one is after staying at The Vinyard. The Vinyard has really good management and that is what makes them a step ahead- they are hand on.thank u guys for a real good experience.

Had a wonderful time, rooms are clean and neat......staff is friendly.the place is easily accessible, and a few minutes walk to the ocean. The only nusance was the backing door in the morning...,otherwise,I'll gladly return......enjoyed the complementary cherry.

Love the decor, the place feels like a home away from home.Breakfast is delicious, the smell of the freshly baked scones in the morning definately awakens ones appetite...

Highly recommended......!!!

excellent staff who always make one feel at home, good coffee and mini bar selection and body products in the room! I have stayed in 3 different rooms and they are, thick block out blinds, fans, always very clean and very comfortable with every little extra. Hair dryers, gowns - makes for a good base when travelling for business. Really fantastic breakfasts, wifi and close to everything but away from the busy roads. will be back soon - Excellent value for money.

Room Tip: all 3 rooms have been great!

We are familiar with the Ballito area, but this was our first visit to Vineyard on Ballito and we will definitely be back! Friendly and professional service and great sea-views from the room. Awesome!

We felt at home from the minute we arrived. The complimentary sherry was a really nice gesture, so was the home baked treats available all day. Our room was beautifully decorated which opened onto a balcony with extensive ocean views and the candles in the bathroom was special. Very good value and one of the best in Ballito
