This is the worst 4* hotel in the world!!! The speedpoints (credit cards) at the bar were not connected. Staff didn't know how to charge refreshments to our room. Rooms are very small and lack basic amenities like a hair dryer, face towels, guest services directory, writing pad & pen etc. In the morning the aircon was not working. Television set was also on the blink. Worst of all there was no water. My wife and I used a bit of water in the kettle to wipe our faces and checked out. Staff didn't see anything wrong with our experience and still charged us the full amount!
