“Nice Stay, Plus!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 7, 2014

Stayed overnight on business. Front desk staff were very courteous and friendly. Average looking room was clean and spacious with large desk/dining table. 2 sinks were a nice touch. Heater worked very well during this cold night. It was also quiet.

The plus was a complimentary hot breakfast: Actual scrambled eggs, sausage, hash browns, toast, English muffins, fruit?, coffee, apple/orange juice. Great way to start the day, thanks!

I got a room here for me and my son on the same day we landed in Las Vegas late in the day so we did not have to drive all the way to Tuba City in the dark. Used a special on priceline and got us a room for 27 bucks. Not really expecting anything great but we were satisfied enough to book two more rooms for our return trip to Las Vegas 10 days later.

Easy checkin, friendly staff.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, shower was good.

Wireless internet worked great, especially since there were not many guests.

Convenient location, first night our room was facing Route 66 and I could hear some road noise during the night, Second stay was on the back side and had no road noise.

Very convenient having the sink outside of the bathroom.

Room Tip: Ask for backside if a little traffic noise bothers you.

Large hotel with many rooms. A few minutes from everywhere. Route 66 mementos in hallway next to breakfast room. Older guest room, at least the one we were assigned. Carpet and bathroom needed an update, especially the sink. Nice hosts. The breakfast attendant was very friendly to all guests. Better than average eggs, hashbrowns and sausage, among other choices.

We attempted to stay here on our cross-country trip to visit family for Christmas. We have a dog, and booked a pet room through the Choice Hotels website--even going so far as to call the hotel ahead of time to ensure that the room was a guaranteed pet room. We ended up cancelling and rebooking through Booking.com for a pet room since their rate was $30 cheaper than the Choice website rate, and called again to confirm with Maria that this was indeed a pet room--and Choice wouldn't honor their best rate guarantee.

Upon arriving, we were told that our reservation was cancelled and that they would not walk us to another hotel, because they didn't have a pet room available and it wasn't their fault, but ours. I used to stay every year on the way to visit family and on the way back. Never again--my money is much better spent at the Comfort Inn a bit down the road, in a much safer area of Kingman.

Room Tip: There are no good rooms here--especially for pet owners. Terrible.

A great stay, was kinda iffy about it to start with but our stay was great. Nice clean rooms, friendly staff. Thanks to Keri for going above and beyond what is required of her. Overall we loved this stay and will recommend to anyone. Once again thanks Quailty Inn staff.

A spontaneous decision to escape adverse weather conditions on our way back west (Laguna Beach) and make an early stop at Quality Inn in Kingman turned out to be a very pleasant surprise: service is very friendly throughout, the rooms are clean - and the breakfast is truly something to write home about - thx Madeleine for great travel hints and the charming conversation we had while you took care of our breakfast :-) We'll be back!!

We used a coupon for $47.99. When we went to check in the clerk told us the coupon was for a room with one queen bed. The manager happened to overhear us and immediately upgraded us to a king with no upcharge.

The room was large had 2 seperate sink areas, a fridge, micro and coffee pot.

The mattress appeared to be new but, a little on the hard side for me.

The heater/AC worked great and is absolutely the quietest I have ever experienced in a hotel.

There was a water spot on the ceiling but this did not affect the ammenties of the room. The carpet was sticky and could use a cleaning.

We were NOT disturbed by either train or traffic noise.

The breakfast was good including scrambled eggs, hash browns, and sausage links. Nice to get some protein for a change.

The breakfast attendant was a character a little on the chatty side but very accomodating. She offered to cook our eggs a little more (as others have said, they were a little undercooked) and she kept all the tables cleaned, the breakfast items full and was very helpful and informative.

It is the first time I have seen a tip jar but, it is also the first time I have seen this type of service at any hotel breakfast. We tipped her as did everyone else that morning.

Overall the experience was pleasant. We would stay here again.
