Stayed 3 nights at hotel. Room looked recently redecorated with new paint, carpet and decor. Bath area was still a little dated but clean and in good condition.

Staff was helpful on both check in an check out. Everything went smoothly. There are freight train lines at the distant rear so there is some noise from passing trains but is not overwhelming. Actually, this is sort of a quiet part of town so a little noise was welcome to me.

They offer an inclusive continental breakfast which was good and offered yogurt, fruit cups, juices, milk, a couple of different kinds of cereal, oatmeal, coffee and donuts. There were also hard boiled eggs and self service toasters for toast and bagels as well as a self serve waffle maker. The attendant replenished the breakfast bar regularly and provided additional supplies upon request.

I was in town visiting relatives for the holiday. As noted, this hotel was in more of a quiet part of town. Based on the location map, it looked like it was in the center of town. So other than being a little further from the relatives than exected, it was a good deal for the price.

I stayed here on business and needed a place under $70. I have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express but it was too expensive for my budget. This Best Western was definitely a pleasant surprise. The room was very nice, clean, had a fridge and freezer, comfy bed, HBO, and was quiet, even though it is close to the freeway. I will definitely stay again. The breakfast offered was not great: high on sugary carbs, but all the gorgeous firemen that were having their breakfast too made up for it.

    • Liked — Clean, nice room, comfy bed
    • Disliked — Breakfast needs some protein

Stayed at this Best Western Motel and what a change compared to the other motels we've stay at this vacation! (compared to other best Westerns too) The room was large and VERY clean (even for a pet room, had to take our buddy with us. They didn't charge us much for her to stay either) The check in clerk saw we were able to get a better discount than AARP and changed what she was going to charge us. That was a sweet surprise! It has real glasses and coffee cups (not those tiny plastic job that we were getting used to) and Folgers coffee in the room. The other's had brands that we never heard of and they weren't all good. Didn't use the pool but the towels are already in the room should we have wanted to. They do something I've never seen but it's a great idea! Should you want to save water you can chose to dry on the same towel the next day. If you wish to have a clean one they'll replace it. You don't wash your towels at home everyday so it's a good idea to save water. The place is quiet and an over all joy to stay at. Went to JB's resturant in walking distance and got an excellent dinner. Are going back for breakfast this morning. The only thing I didn't like is the pillows are flat and there were only three on a king size bed. But I'm going to tell them about it when we check out and I'm sure they'll fix that for your stay. If your in Kingman you shouldn't stay anywhere else but here! It's easy to find. Take Exit 53 and it's easy to get back on I-40 from here. Well gotta go! Enjoy your stay!

Excellent hotel! Loved the pool and hot tubl! It saved our lives. We had hiked to Havasu Falls and road horses out the previous 2 days so by the time we got to Kingman we were very sore. The staff was very nice especially since I mistakenly reserved a smoking room when we wanted non-smoking. Changed it without blinking. Room was spacious, clean and the a/c was cold (was 105 outside!). Bathroom very clean. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel facilities were very nice and clean. The staff was very rude. I was staying there with a group and everyody in my group felt the same. Just checking in gave us the feeling we were putting the staff out at the desk. If you are looking for a clean hotel with a nice pool in Kingman, this is the place, but the staff is very rude and unaccomodating.
