“very good food, great beer, good service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

we needed to find a place for dinner in kingman and our daughter in law had heard of the dambar and steakhouse. when we travel we like to eat local rather than chain restaurants we could eat at while home. we were not disappointed at all in the food, beer or service.

“Always a reliable stop”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 14, 2013

We often travel through Kingman and always stop at the Dambar. We eat in the bar. The beer and the catfish are always good. The quality of the service depends on the wait staff on duty. We have had mostly good experiences. They used to have meatloaf to die for but took it off the menu and the mandatory beans sidedish that comes with every meal was not quite what it used to be in the past. But overall we will stay a loyal customer.

“Tasty steak lunch.”

We stopped by for lunch and our steaks were really tasty- some of the nicest we have had so far this trip. The restaurant was quite quiet and service etc were all fine and as expected

“Great service, horrible food.”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

On our way back to Las Vegas we decided to stop in Kingman just to see what's up. Was looking for the Hot Rod diner supposed to be near Dambar but couldn't locate it so saw this place and figured "hey why not give it a shot?". I ordered the 10 oz sirloin and my wife had chicken fried steak. Hers was decent enough but she said the masked potatoes were cold. My potatoes were fine but the steak was awful, tough and stringy with no flavor. Pretty sad when Applebees can have a better steak than a supposed steak house. Thankfully we will never be back in Kingman so no reason to ever return to this place.

“Nice Place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

It's a good place to eat. We didn't have to wait long to be setted. Our steaks were done as we had asked for. I like mine very rare, and it was. A lot of places like to cook it more then I like. The service was okay.
