“Perfect!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 28, 2014

We live in Minnesota, so this trip to the Grand Canyon we stayed in cabins. The poolside bungalow we stayed in was outstanding! Very clean and kept up while we were gone. We mostly dealt with the evening people working there, and they were very nice and acomodating. I will stay here whenever we are in the area, and I highly reccomend the Kingman KOA!

Great pool, store was well stocked, pretty little pavilion area, nice laundry room. Sites were spacious and entire park was very clean. One of the best I've seen. Excellent staff!!! Will definitely stay again.

My very favorite thing was the dog park! And I was directly across from it! Met lots of dog lovers who travel with their pets and of course, they were all super! Even the landscaping of this KOA was really pretty. And the views were spectacular! Thank you! sukey

We stay here while visiting relatives who come to see us in the park. There's a playground for the kids, picnic tables for barbeque, dog area, among other amenities. A perfect stopover on the way to Grand Canyon and Flagstaff. Very well kept grounds and nice, helpful staff.

We've stayed at the Kingman KOA several times. Our first time wasn't the greatest but it was because our truck broke down when we were getting ready to leave. But the staff at the campground was very understanding and helpful. Our one night stay was extended to three relaxing nights. Now we have a Class A coach and still stay there periodically. The campsites are great, still a very friendly staff and it's nice and quiet. My only problem is for some reason this is the only place I can't get cable or Satellite reception on our TV. I am having a new Satellite system installed and I'll see what happens on our next trip. But I always recommend this campground to friends that may be going through the area.

Was a nice KOA for an overnight stay. Close to shopping and fuel. Staff very friendly and courteous. Nice large sites. Sites were easy to get into and out of without unhooking tow vehicle. The pool wasn't open as it was too early in the season. Dog area was small but you could safely walk outside the park.

Kingman KOA is more like the kind of place where full time RVers go. Your treated like family. Well kept grounds and buildings. Outstanding pool given it is unusual to find a pool with the water temperature just right. I'll be making a point of staying there any time I'm at all close.

Room Tip: This is a campground. I don't remember cabins there, but my tired old memory isn't the best.
