“Great place in small town!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2012

We have stayed here now two different times. It's a great hotel with many pluses! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is plenty for the FREE breakfast. The FREE wifi is great!

We will always stay here for future activities in Kingman,AZ.

I should add both me and my wife are pretty picky...but this hotel is great.

The price is high..but if you keep your eye open you can stay here for under $75/night. It's a bargain for what you receive.

Can't praise this hotel enough, it was a great place to stay.

We had just driven for most of the day and were hoping that we had chosen a good place to stay. Shouldn't have worried. The staff were really friendly and welcoming and the rooms were more than we had expected.

Breakfast was more than enough to keep you going. we have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

This is probably one of the newest hotels in Kingman. It is right off I-40, but a little tricky to find because it is partially hidden behind a gas station and another hotel. Very modern decor and some high-tech items. Seems to be quite popular with the younger business set.

The rooms are decorated in soft greens and blues that are very restful. Room included a microwave with some paper plates and plastic dinnerware and a refrigerator, but it had no freezer compartment. Liked the bathroom arrangement, the extra large closet and the comfortable seating
However, we agreed that unless the staff is very diligent in their cleaning and maintenance, the rooms could become 'tacky looking' very quickly. The pale blue sofa will require constant deep cleaning, not sure how long those sliding glass bathroom doors will hold up. We noticed that the wallpaper was already coming loose on the corners by the closet. In the entry doorway the carpet tile was shredded in a spot about 6-8 inches in diameter. It looked like something had snagged the carpet as it was being pushed/pulled through the doorway.

When we checked out, we mentioned the carpet and the wallpaper to the person at the front desk. She said they would take care of it. I hope they do. It's a really nice place and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

After a really long road trip we stayed here as our last stop before home. We really could have stayed longer than one night. What a comfortable place. It was very clean, and modern decor. Our taste is usually not modern decor but this room was inviting and relaxing. We liked the fact that the water closet (toilet) was separate from the sink/shower room (frosted glass sliding doors for these two rooms. Very nice room..liked the way the desk/work are was separated by frosted glass from the bed, you can see the TV from the bed and the sitting area but it still felt like separate area. Lobby was modern decor also. The breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly. We did have to wait to check in no one was at the desk, when we checked out the same thing, had to leave room keys on the counter (there was a sign on the counter - be right back) Overall the hotel was very nice.

Stayed here 10/13-10/14/12. King suite on the 4th floor (they said no pets allowed on the 4th floor). It was very nice but the carpet was stained in our room. The room was a suite with a sitting area and nice desk area with wi-fi. Had a refrigerator and coffee in the room. Walk-in shower and vanity in bathroom and separate room with toilet and mini-sink. Hotel had an indoor pool and fitness center and a free breakfast which consisted of cereals and fruit cocktail and toast, pastries and coffee & tea. The hotel was very modern and lacked that warm homey feel. It was located behind another hotel so it was secluded and there wasn't much around there. The staff was not visible most of the time and although they were nice they weren't really welcoming. It was fine for one night.

Room Tip: if you want a room that has NOT had pets in it ask for a room on the 4th floor

Stayed there only one night, but could easily stayed there longer. Very comfortable suite, wonderful bed, nice furniture, free wifi. Also had an indoor pool which I did not use. Nice, little outdoor area with sofas, but unfortunately it had rained and they were wet. Good breakfast was included, no bar, but you could buy wine and beer from a fridge by the frontdesk to bring to your room.
