The food was good, and is well presented with associated service expectation.
I do not recommend it on New Year's day however, as the usual quality of food and service are lacking!

Upmarket (somewhat expensive) restaurant...interesting menu and professional service make it worthwhile.

If you have never visited the Michelangelo lounge you are in for a surprise. Just take a seat, relax and don't worry about rushing off to get home. This place is very peaceful and the staff are very helpful. The menu has a late night section where you can have some lovely sandwiches which are accompanied by fries. Don't forget to have their fantastic hot chocolate or a lovely high tea snack. The prices here are reasonable and the quality of the food is consistent even at the wee hours of the morning. Best of all, there is sometimes a pianist who will play some relaxing music whilst you enjoy the company of your family or friends.

Reception was friendly, the decor elegant, a relaxing and congenial atmosphere, Service, presentation and food were all excellent, waiter Enoch deserves special mention, Prices reasonable, good value, recommended, will definitely return.
