I visited this restaurant many years ago on a previous business trip to Johannesburg. It was still as fantastic this week as it had been about 15 years ago. Exotic meats (to us Europeans) are served on spears, cooked over a huge central fire place. It will come, till you lower the flag, indicating you can eat no more.
The service is so kind and helpful, and even when I sent the wine back, Which I had chosen in error, a new bottle was produced with a smile. The restaurant is quite a long way out of Johannesburg, but it is well worth the time it takes to get there.
