I have mixed feelings, not sure if I would go back. I found the staff to be very attentive and I appreciated the airport transfers working smoothly. The staff were also quite helpful when my son left something behind, and I easily retrieved it. The location is good, very close to the airport, and the setting is nice. Breakfast is OK.
The rooms are a different story. The shower in our room opened to the living area, which isn't a problem if you don't mind popping out of the shower and having everyone see you naked. However, I have two kids, a boy and girl 13 & 11, and we're a bit more conservative. This created some logistical challenges, as well as the door not working on the bathroom, but we managed. The room was booked by a tour company and it was only for a night.
Also, there are no food options in the area. The night clerk offered to have a restraunt runner bring food in, but there was 2 hours plus lead time and it was already quite late. The second option was being taken to a nearby restaraunt called Destiny, which we accepted. However, the restaraunt was terrible and it took over an hour to get a round of burgers. The burgers were saturated in a disgusting sauce, so we left most of the food there. The cost was 300 Rand, which was ridiculously expensive for the meal.
