We had a great 4 night stay here with friends in Feb 2012. I couldn't find the lodge on Trip Advisor beforehand, and ended up booking on sleepingout.co.za where there were several positive reviews.
As many of the reviewers on there have mentioned, the hosts are very welcoming and friendly.
The lodge is easy to find, and very close to all amenities. It is set back of the main road in a lovely suburban area, and is so quiet you wouldn't know you were close to the main highway.
We booked 4 little cottages between 8 of us. The Elephant, Kudu, Buffalo, and the Eagle suite - where we all ended up as it large enough all of us. The Eagle suite had enough room for us all in the lounge/dining area, and had enough fridge space for all our food.
We had a braai around the pool one night and other guests joined us. They were also very friendly, and repeat visitors to Didiloni.
We lounged by the pool one day - that was lovely and relaxing, just listening to the birdsong.
There is a shopping centre less than 5 mins drive away - and an easy drive as well.
We checked out the rooms in the lodge as well - these share a bathroom, but the rooms are so quiet! Generally, I shy away from booking rooms with shared bathrooms, but these rooms were so quiet and lovely!
This place really is a little oasis of tranquility and I would whole heartedly recommend this.
