“Average hotel, no frills.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2012

From the outside looks good but inside a normal business man’s type of hotel, in and out. Food selection was poor and cannot comment as I eat out.
Although arriving early evening the room I had been given was not even made up.

On the upside, the ladies on reception were very helpful

This is a very nice hotel with some very well trained and courteous staff. The rooms are spacious and the shower water pressure is fierce!
My only criticism is that their nicely situated restaurant does not offer anything but a very basic menu. Consequently, their wine list is also very limited. They obviously have a professional kitchen but it does not seem to be fully manned. seeing the number of tour parties, overseas visitor, perhaps it would be prudent to expand the choice of wines?
The bar area is very small but the staff are quick to provide service if you are seated in the lounge area.

Room Tip: Sea views from the front of the hotel but the quieter rooms are at the back!

This hotel impressed me very much. The service was friendly and helpful. The hotel seems well managed and not over-priced. I found it offered excellent value for money - you get far worse for double the price elsewhere! Well don and keep it up!

We stayed here for one night. Our room had a view of the ocean and the little touches of beautifully wrapped chocolates and packets of dried fruit and nuts were nice touches. The service was efficient and friendly. A really lovely hotel in PE.

Excellent check-in staff.

Rooms are a good size and clean with a very comfortable bed. The room had a separate bath and shower.

Meals in the evening have to be taken off a limited room service menu, however they can be taken in the bar which makes for a better experience.

Throughout the stay the staff were efficient and friendly.

Unfortunately......expensive WiFi

I was on a tour so only stayed one night so didn't explore the hotels location, however I was warned off exploring after dark by our tour rep.

My sister & I stayed for 2 nights prior to a safari trip.Hotel position not great but staff could not have been more friendly & helpful, going out of their way to advise us where it is/isn't safe to walk & which features are worth visiting, booking restaurants & ordering taxis.Breakfast was very good.
