“Perfect Stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 4, 2013

An absolutely brilliant guest house in a wonderful position only a short hop to the fantastic beach. The rooms are beautiful and tastefully designed and the owner Erika is very warm, friendly and attentive to her guests needs. The pool area is lovely for relaxing and a delicious breakfast is provided including yoghurt, muesli, pancakes and muffins, followed by a hot breakfast.Erika was so kind and allowed us to check out late on our departure date and use all the facilities. More time to spend playing with Muffin and Roxy her 2 adorable dogs.We will definitely be returning.

A very friendly hospitality!
The owners who run the place provide you with good tips whether for activities or for dinner!
Absolutely recommendable!
The rooms are individual, clean and very quiet.
The brekky is always fresh whith coffe or tea, eggs any stile, fresh sliced fruits and the odd toast.
The beach is in 5 minutes walking distance.

Sea Breeze proved to be the perfect choice for our stay in Plett. We stayed in the honeymoon suite which was spotlessley clean and with it's tall ceilings and white washed walls & floorboards, a real pleasure to stay in. This theme is carried across the rest of Erika's home, where we were made to feel right at home. I only used the pool once but it was clean and a nice temperature. Other guests made use of the BBQ which looked like great fun. Wi Fi was handy. The location couldn't be better. Only 5 minutes walk and you'll have the beach to yourself! A short drive and you'll be in Plett or the Surf Cafe which I would thoroughly recommend. Unfortunately we did not get chance to meet Erika, instead we were hosted by Sandra & Mullen who were fantastic hosts and really went out of their way to ensure we really made the most of our time in Plett and the wider area. Mullen's cooked breakfasts really did hit the spot and he really did suit his pinny :) I would have no hesitation in recommending Sea Breeze to anybody considering a visit to Plett. We hope to be back one day!

A big Thank You to Erika for making our short stay so special.
The guesthouse is lovely, clean & comfortable & breakfast on the deck superb! Wish we could have stayed longer.
Do go visit the Elephant Sanctuary about 30 mins away-amazing hands on experience.
Plett beach is huge & very beautiful & we walked the whole length to the Lookout restaurant which is wonderful.
We'll be back.

We luckily got to stay in the Seabreeze honeymoon suite ( Whale Tail im sure is the name of the room). Erika was very welcoming even though we arrived 9 hours after our ETA! The room was beautiful, the old style bath tub in the corner of the room was a real treat. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and Erika was full of helpful information about what to do in Plett bay and even further afield along the Garden Route. The two nights we were there there was a thunder and lightning storm but that only added to the romance of the place.Amazing beach two minutes away and monkey land was very enjoyable! Highly recommend it to everyone.

When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by Jan,and shown to the lovely Shell room, not many minutes later we were then introduced to Erika. We were made so welcome and given plenty of information on where to eat and places to visit. Erika told us, that just around the corner was the entrance, along the boardwalk to the beach. What a beautiful beach, we enjoyed our walks along it so much. From Plet, the following day we drove to Knysna for the day. Erikas breakfasts were amazing. we thoroughly enjoyed. We were only at Sea Breeze for a couple of days, but could quite easily have stayed for longer, but the garden route was calling. We would highly recommed a stay here. It was just like being at home.

Room Tip: All the rooms were amazing

My partner and I stayed in the Sea Breeze at the end of Oct 2012 on a trip along the Garden Route. From the moment we arrived, Erika made us feel incredibly welcome and was extremely helpful - suggesting day trips, setting a delicious breakfast for us on a private balcony, arranging restaurants and taxis.

We stayed in a garden lodge off the main house. It was beautifully decorated, romantic, private and spotlessly clean.

I would definitely stay there again.
