“pleasant drive”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

We drove through the Kaibab en route to the North Rim. It was a beautiful drive. We stopped to picnic near the visitor center, and found it was a lot cooler than the area farther north we had driven in from. They ask that you pack all your trash out with you when you leave.

“Wow, Wow, Wow”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2012

I'm not sure anyone could describe the experience of seeing the Grand ... it IS GRAND!..and awesome and mind boggling. Would have stayed longer if the accommodation had been more comfortable. It is a must see but spend the extra bucks and find a comfortable motel.

“Pristine Beautiful Forest”

If possible, see it on an ATV on NF roads. As you climb in altidude, the forest vegetation changes dramatically.

“Top of the world!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 24, 2012

This place was so beautiful, you have to be there! The North Rim is more beautiful than the South. We deer hunted around Jacob Lake, visited all the tourist sites, and had a wonderful, nature-filled honeymoon, at the ages of 73 and 78 !
