Biggest issue with the ballpark is there are no markings for grass parking lots (no Lot A, B or C signs, etc.) This ended up being a big deal for us when we couldn't find our rental car after a crowded night game. Thankfully, we did find Mike Kramer, a gracious ballpark volunteer. Mike took on our problem as his own and did everything possible to help us find our car. Unfortunately, Mike's kindness was offset by a surly, condescending security cop. This fellow was beyond rude, even when we explained that Mike was trying to help us find our lost car. We didn't get his name (too bad) but he was stocky, balding, had a moustache, and appeared to be the one in charge. Since he didn't give us a chance to answer his nastily-delivered question, I will do so now: No, your poorly-placed orange cones certainly do NOT clearly indicate where you expect traffic to go, especially at night and on grass. And I'm sure Goodyear and Arizona appreciate your "warm" welcome for out-of-town visitors, especially those in need of assistance. Whatever they are paying you, it is too much.
