I arrived to my room with a maintance guy touching up the paint on the wall in the room. I felt the hotel was very old and needed to be re-modeled. The carpet in the elevator was sick....stained - the walls and door to the elevator looked to be painted about 20 years ago and never touched up. The hotel workers were all plesent, but I would not go back due to cleanliness.

Arrived at midnight to an unlocked door and no one at desk. Hard time to rouse someone to check in. Given a room with a protruding cracked sinktop that put you in danger of cutting yourself. Dirty bathroom floor with dustbunnies behind the door. Mangement unresponsive to complaints of dirt, took 3 days (of a seven day stay) to get room changed. On several nights door unlocked late and no one there. Anyone can walk in and go to rooms undetected. My travel companion in another room returned late one night to find room door open! Management had allowed a workman to come into room with no notification or permission to put in a cable outlet. Fibre glass and dust everywhere. Door was propped wide open entire day and night exposing personal property to risk. Room changed. Stay away !
