I just loved this place. Stayed for close to five days for business. Extra big room with all amenities up-to-date except for the TV. The TV's looked too old. I did not really care about not having a new TV. Breakfast was super excellent. A great buffet for free. I am not sure if its free for all, but I am a GOLD member of Priority rewards club. The food was super tasty and there were lots of choices; every day with at least one or two changes in the menu. Very friendly staff, the room was clean, towels, bath were also neat. Took care of the bed every day. It is in Downtown Chandler. I would try to stay here next time too if I get to go near Chandler for business.

Multi-day stay here twice in consecutive Springs for business. Rooms are dated but overall clean and comfortable. TVS are old and should be replaced. Channel selection is limited. In room WiFi is not free. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Rooms are spread out quite far and walking to a room from check-in, unassisted, with luggage, in the Arizona heat, is quite taxing. Was not offered bell services. Restaurant is decent but had a fly issue at my last stay which of course is completely distasteful. The bar is nice and overlooks the pool area, also nice. However could be so much better. Very limited sports package on the TV. The beer selection could be broader. I say that because they are competing with very local pubs. If they want to keep guests at the bar it will take some enticement. The location of this hotel is prime. Very short walking distance to pubs, restaurants and shops. Across the street from an office complex that houses many businesses including my corporate office. I do not play golf but judging from my colleagues, the course is "fine" but nothing that makes it stand out. This "resort" could be better with minimal investment, however you will be hard pressed to find a hotel, in a prime location, of this quality, for the price.

This is one of those hotels where your room door is outside in the open. I've traveled with some female colleagues who were not so comfortable here for security reasons.

My issuewiththe property is that there's an unpleasant smell in the rooms. I'm not sure if it's simply the cleaning supplies they choose to use, or if there's water damage or a mold problem. But the smell is unpleasant to say the least.

Got a great deal via Orbitz to get away from winter and watch some spring training baseball. We certainly met that objective. But our trip was marred by a complete indifference by the hotel. First, we arrived very late and were told our room had been given away, but we were given a "casita" at the rear of the property. It was after midnight and we were tired, so we trudged back only to find our electricity didn't work. Many phone calls later a maintenance man showed up, but was unable to solve the problem, so we were moved yet again, now after 1am. The following morning, we demanded and were given a room in the main building, and we really enjoyed that. But the question remains: if you have a reservation, and it's held for late arrival, WHY do you not have a room?

Our second issue is really just nit-picking, but we understood this to be a "golf resort" and the golf course is marginal at best, with a terrible driving range. My husband was very disappointed as he'd brought his clubs, and we ended up visiting other area courses just to get in some golf.

The pool area is lovely and the main lobby area is very elegant. This could be a top-notch hotel, and is in walking distance of cute shops and restaurants. It has an old-world elegance and charm that new properties lack, and I like that. I just wish I had not had such a poor first impression.
