If you want a full-service waiter and sit-down dinner, then this is not the place. If you want to do a little work, then enjoy the fruits of your labor with cafeteria-style seating, then this might be for you. The idea is something along the lines of a make-your-own salad bar, but you're building a stir-fry meal. They give you a bowl to fill with the raw ingredients for the stir-fry. You then move along the "salad" bar and fill your bowl with anything you want. First you select your protein of which there are probably a dozen - pork, beef, chicken, scallops, shrimp, tofu. There are probably 20-30 different vegetables you can choose from. You even can pick spices to add in. Finally you pick a sauce and put that in a separate container. Take it to the stir-fry area where you give them your "ingredients" and then choose noodles or rice to go with it. They have a giant (5 feet across?) mongolian iron cooktop that they do your stir-fry on and then bring it to your table. It's delicious (if you pick the right ingredients :) ) and obviously fresh. The staff here is very helpful to explain things if you're unfamiliar, and for drink orders. Tip - lunch is cheaper than dinner. Have even done it as take-out where they cook it then put it in a nice take-home container.
