This is a quick buffet line type of service, which we don't mind. And for the price, you get quite a bit of food---$9 for the combo which included a meat, 2 sides, roll, and drink. The green beans were excellent, but the pork (carnitas) was somewhat tough and dry. Husband's brisket was excellent but he didn't care for the somewhat dried-out buns. We would have preferred buns the texture of hoagies. The BBQ sauce was in containers at the tables---but wasn't anything really special. Atmosphere and decor were good. The young staff were pleasant and helpful; the moment we walked in the door, a young lady greeted us, asked if this was our first time (it was), and then explained how to go through the line and what to expect. Very accessible for a wheelchair.
