The resort has beautiful grounds, great rooms and a great pool. Rooms are large and clean. Ask for one that overlooks the pool or golf course (great desert view and sunset). It is geared a bit toward families with activities for kids and large pool area. The spa looked nice but did not use services (was expensive though). Restaurants on property were limited and very expensive but great options and stores a short car ride away. I went for a conference and it was a good getaway place for a few days---more than a few days (2-4) and you could get a little bored. Phoenix is a very accessable town and Scottsdale is also a must do, but again, more than a few days and you could start getting bored.

We stayed from 5/26-5/27- and what a stay it was/ I took my wife for a getaway and we arrived and went right to the pool! There is a place to eat at the pool with misters etc. What a place! In the evening we went to the casio which we took the boat shuttle for a great experience (free). Then the hotel had a shuttle to take us back to the hotel after the casino. The breakfast in teh AM was PERFECT!!!! No complaints at all and we recommend this as a 5 star hotel and a PERFECT getaway!!!

Stayed here for our 25th Anniversary vacation.
The service was A1 throughout our stay.
On arriving we were met by Justin and his staff Justin showed great care and attention throughout our stay and was always interested in were we visiting and gave us some great tips.
The concierge and front desk were so helpful they killed you with kindness.
Jason in the pool bar was a laugh a minute try his coktails they are superb and he has a funny tale or two also.

The resort itself was superb, has a great setting and is very clean.

We found the room ,pool, food (were ever you decided to eat) and service were all of the highest quality and would reccommend it as a great chill out place to stay.

I attended a function at the resort. It was surprisingly GREAT. Beautiful property. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms very nice. Pool was great. Spa was wonderful. It was a very pleasant stay. YOU NEED TO HAVE A CAR IF YOU STAY HERE. It is in the "boonies!" THe rooms are also VERY far from the lobby. It is quite a treck, and elevators are not very convenient. I would stay here again--food was delicious, and again, the people were great.

I would recommend that they put wireless internet in the rooms!!! A hotel of this status should have it. It is not that hard for a resort
to go "wireless."

Also, the water was shut off due to a problem w/ pipes and I was late to a meeting. I had to go to the spa to shower..........

We just returned from an industry trade show held at the Sheraton Wild Horse Pass and were very impressed with the site and the service. The location in Chandler is great, away from the commercial areas, but close enough that you can get to a variety of restaurants in about 10 minutes. My husband and I both thought the service was uniformly outstanding, with only one slightly off experience (in 4 days) while having lunch at the pool. The views from the resort are lovely, and the resort food, especially at their destination restaurant Kai, was the best we've had in similar outings. We'd highly recommend this Sheraton for business or pleasure.
